Good place to base yourself

Enjoyed staying at this apartment. Clean, comfortable and modern. In a residential area rather than touristy so got a good feel for local lifestyle. Walking distance to beach. Close to amenities and metro stops. On a noisy road. An ideal base from which to explore Barcelona.

Nice clean place in lovely neighborhood

Very clean and quiet apartment with 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen. El poblenou is a nice neighborhood with good bars and restaurants and close to the beach. Very good and fast communication with the owner

We had a great stay in Barcelona. The house was well equipped for our needs. Frederic was very helpful and accommodating. The tube station and shops were only a few minutes walk.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut und schnell vom Zentrum aus mit der Metro zu erreichen ( 5 min Fußweg und dann 6-8 Stationen). Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sauber, ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen ( 2 Erw./ 3 Kinder). Man kann duschen , Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen ist vorhanden, Küche zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Fernseher ist da. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. In den Seitenstraße befinden sich kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker und Bars , Cafes etc..Alles in 2- 5 min erreichbar.

Schöne Wohnung, aber nicht geputzt

Die Wohnung war schön, ideal für 4 Personen und gut eingerichtet. Leider wurde uns diese ungeputzt übergeben. Der Boden war voller Sand, Geschirr nicht ordentlich gespült; Handtücher und Badematten schmutzig. Die Betten waren zwar gemacht, allerdings waren die Laken schon benutzt: verknittert, voll mit Sand und Schuppen. Zum Glück war die Dame vom Check-in erreichbar, sie kam dann nochmal mit einem Kollegen und hat die Betten bezogen. Gesaugt und gespült haben wir selbst. Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub!

Lovely apartment, great location!

This apartment is perfect for families who want to be close to the action but not right in the centre of things. We found the Poblenou Rambla was perfect for our evenings out and our kids loved being so close to the beach for evening swims. The apartment was a fine size for the four of us. It was very clean and well kitted out. Juan and Maryangeles, who look after the apartment, we’re lovely and very helpful. The underground station is about a three minute walk away, meaning you can be in the old town in about 20 minutes. Overall, a fantastic stay in a lovely, well-situated apartment.

Nice stay

Our host was very accommodating of our particular needs, it made it easier for us during our travels. The communication was great as well, place was very clean and liked the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the apt. which helped with a mid trip refresh of our clothing.

Lovely little apartment in great location!

We had a wonderful few days in Barcelona and were very pleased that we chose this apartment in poblenou. It was spacious, clean and bright with a well equipped kitchen. We could easily walk to the metro and to the beach and it was an interesting 30min walk up Avenida Diagonal to the Sagrada Familia. I would recommend the Ramblas de Poblenou for bars and tapas as well. The only thing I would suggest is that the bedding and towels need replacing as they were looking a little threadbare! I would definitely stay here again though.

Great apartment v conveniently located to metro in a residential area with a great vibe.

Well equipped, clean and in a great location out of the main city centre the apartment was ideal for a weeks holiday. Parks and central areas for two kids to run in, bars & cafes around the block, a fantastic Lidl literally around the corner. The metro is 5 mins walk away and straight into the city for exploring, even the airport transfers worked out well. We didn’t mind the stairs, having a washing machine and dryer was a joy and Frederica despite neither of us understanding what the other was saying at all was v helpful, left us to it but just upstairs when needed. There was some noise outside from traffic etc but in a residential area of a big city this was far less than what we had anticipated. Overall we had a great week the apartment worked well for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

In un momento così delicato della vita politica di Barcellona noi abbiamo vissuto la nostra vacanza che è diventata comunque un bellissimo ricordo. la casa è veramente accogliente, collegata bene, e ben arredata. unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che in una struttura ricettiva, albergo o casa vacanza che sia, le lenzuola devono essere rigorosamente bianche!
