Host was always in contact, they had an issue with the air conditioning, but had it fixed before we arrived. There were a few small things, but overall a very nice place and good experience.

Ernest has a beautiful home and it is in the perfect location to walk around the neighborhood! All beds were made, clean bathrooms, and a beautiful view upstairs on the balcony.

City break by the sea!

Everything you need for a short break. Near the beach but also able to walk into the city centre. Supermarkets and bakery nearby. Loved the roof terrace.

Great location and comfortable stay

We loved all the flowers and plants as you come in! This was an easy walk to several good shops and cafes, but also to the beach. It was a little off the beaten path, but that is one of the reasons we chose this location... plus it was an easy cab or uber ride anywhere we needed or wanted to go. We loved it!

Beautiful home in a safe, quiet, convenient neighborhood

The house is exactly as described, with a lovely little patio garden just inside the private gate, and a great rooftop terrace filled with a wonderful variety of plants. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner was very helpful and hospitable. Many stores, restaurants, bakeries and bars within easy walking distance, as well as the beach. I would love to stay here again!

Quiet and great location

Nice quiet place, great location close to the beach, supermarket, and metro station. Check in was really easy. However, bathroom shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink were dirty. Shower drain was clogged. The living room sofa was also quite worn down. Other than that everything else was good.

Nous recommandons le logement d’Ernest: logement très bien équipé, très proche de la plage et du métro pour rejoindre rapidement le centre ville. Communication très fluide et très précise. Nous reviendrons très certainement chez Ernest lors d’une prochaine visite de Barcelone.

We loved our stay! First the location was perfect, a short walk to metro, beach, markets, restaurants. It was easy to get a taxi or uber as needed. We were close to major sites, yet out of the super touristy area in a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and modern, with a lovely roof top deck, a lush courtyard in the front, and useful air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are lucky enough to return to Barcelona. The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed for a great week.
