In the heart of Otranto, 50 meters from the sea and convenient to all services, this residence, completely and finely renovated in 2018, will allow you to spend a holiday in comfort and convenience. The property is composed as follows:
first floor: living room with conversation area, kitchen corner and dining table, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, large bathroom with shower, large terrace on the floor with conversation corner and dining table.
Second floor: mezzanine with double sofa bed, double bedroom with its bathroom.

Terrific getaway enhanced by a great property

You cant ask for a better spot, the apartment is in the historic center, prefect location to hit restaurants, shops, beaches and gelatos... The apartment was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and the outside patio was truly special at night to relax and take it all in.

Perfect spot in the heart of old town Otranto! Veranda for early morning cappuccino's and expresso's or late night wine and limoncello's can't be beat! Apartment in perfect condition...would recommend to anyone heading to Puglia for a relaxing, quiet vacation!

Wonderful apartment in perfect location.

We spent a week in this property allowing us to explore the lovely Otranto. The balcony was perfect with views over the Cathedral, which was great for people watching but also surprisingly peaceful morning and evening. The interior of the apartment has been attractively renovated and travelling as two couples it was a very comfortable space. The host was very helpful and organised transport from the airport and we were met by his representative Sylvia on arrival who helped orientate us and was at the end of the phone if needed. It is right in the centre of town, near the beach with numerous restaurants to choose from on the doorstep. I would thoroughly recommend.
