The outdoor space...view, garden, pool, pergola....simply spectacular! Our hosts were awesome and the communication was great. Attentive, gave us the low down of the area, made dinner reservations simply good peple to work with. The accomodations had all the basic necessities in what can only be described as a quirky little cottage. Over we loved our time here.

Our stay at Caterina home was truly unforgettable. We were a group of four, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was absolutely stunning — designed with such architectural taste that it became the highlight of our days, blending perfectly with the surroundings. The view was nothing short of a dream, offering a serene and breathtaking backdrop throughout our stay. Every detail of the place made us feel comfortable and cared for, creating an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

La Fraula week

Thank you Caterina and Patrizio for this wonderful stay . Hosts were wonderful as well as their hidden little gem in Porto Badisco . Sea view from morning to night in their perfect neat garden . Will definitely go back and recommend their lovely warm comfortable flat

What a beautiful place to stay!!

We spent a wonderful week in La Fraula in Caterina's house. The place has a splendid view and beautiful pool. I can't wait to come back again to enjoy it some more. Caterina was a perfect hostess. We were welcomed with delicious delicaties typical of the region. She was also very helpful with tips for restaurants and supermarkets in the area, and even offered us to join her family in a nearby village. A perfect place to stay on holiday!

Very nice house with a fantastic pool and view on to the sea

We enjoyed our stay in La Fraula, very close to Porto Badisco. The house is clean, very well located with an excellent pool, a very nice garden with tables in the shadow and an open kitchen equipped with a well-functioning plancha. The landlady Caterina is very friendly and helpful and can give good advises. Porto Badisco is just 5 min walk away, with a few bars and restaurants (Pizzeria Skile is worth to try, good food and excellent "Italian atmosphere"). We enjoyed our stay in Apulia and would come again to stay in Catariana's house.

Fabulous place in wonderful region

We had nothing less than a fantastic stay at Caterinas magnificent place near Porto Badisco. The place was spotless with wonderful garden and fabulous pool. Communication with Caterina was flawless and she recommended us some excellent restaurants as well. The place itself was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and views from the pergola/terrace from sunrise to sunset. Really loved the region of southern Puglia and had some fantastic meals in various Agroturismos. We would highly recommend Caterinas place (although we would also like to keep it for ourselves :-)) And we would LOVE to come back some day again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

An enchanting, exquiste property with complete privacy; once in a lifetime experience!

The property is beautiful, charming, and private- perfect for a romantic getaway. Caterina is the perfect hostess. She was attentive to our needs without ever being intrusive. She has a lovely and sweet disposition. The home was very clean with many options for seating, and relaxing. Having the use of a private pool was a perfect addition to this wonderful seaside villa. The villa is located within a short distance of several charming villages and towns, which provided fun day trips, and shopping. Many things to see and do! We loved it!

Beautiful Location

ProsBeautiful location, with fantastic views, mature, large and interesting garden, very private, not overlooked. Pool was great, very deep in places. The outdoor dining area was lovely and well thought out with a grill plate (not a bar b q) for cooking. Lots of places for sun bathing, and quiet shady areas. Great outdoor shower, solar heated with just enough heat for one warm shower. The water heats up again quickly. Inside it is comfortable, minimalistic, and adequate, with bathroom (shower only) and small kitchen. Porto Badisco is approximately a 10 minute walk away but along a winding road with no pavement. There are three average restaurants and an excellent bar. The main house is the owner's holiday home, with our accommodation as an annex and the garden is shared with them. During our 13 night stay the owners visited 3 times and were very discreet, but very helpful and friendly, and provided lots of information. Great location for exploring PugliaCons:-The pool attracts many flies (dead ones) and needs cleaning (with net provided) often - quite enjoyed it!. The road running past the villa appears to be some sort of unofficial racetrack for motor cyclists - can appreciate the attraction as it is a winding hill with great views, and they go to the top and back again, repeatedly! - takes several minutes. It be very noisy though, particularly at week ends. There is even a line on the road with 'START' written - in English. No wi-fi.Will definitely visit again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue sur la mer du logement est magnifique. Les levers de soleil sur l'Adriatique sont formidables. Il suffit de traverser la route et de descendre jusqu'à la mer pour se baigner. Porto Badisco à 300 mètres du logement offre la possibilité de se baigner sur plusieurs plages magnifiques.La grande piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue avec douche extérieure. La climatisation est très efficace dans le logement très propre. La deuxième cuisine en extérieur est plus non négligeable. Logement idéalement situé pour découvrir de nombreuses plages et visiter Otranto, Lecce, Gallipoli, Castro, Santa Cesarea Terme...Caterina et Patrizio sont des hôtes discrets, gentils et de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Des hôtes dont on a envie qu'ils deviennent nos amis.

Villa da paradiso a pochi passi dal mare. L’interno della struttura ha tutto il necessario ed è veramente pulita e ben tenuta perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Lo spazio fuori che abbiamo vissuto maggiormente è unico con tanto di solarium vista mare e piscina semi circolare davvero ben strutturata e di design.La signora Caterina e il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e simpatici ci hanno consigliato molti posti a pochi minuti dalla struttura che sono stati fondamentali per la nostra vacanza. Uscendo dalla casa a pochi passi c’è una caletta molto interessante con una piccola spiaggia di ciottoli e tanti scogli da cui ci si può tuffare e il mare è davvero limpido, volendo da lì si possono anche affittare gommoni o pedalò.Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura perché io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Salento verbracht. Die Unterkunft mit Privatpool war traumhaft, wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben aber leider ruft die Arbeit. Die Gastgeber insbesondere Caterina waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bonjour.Le logement proposé par Caterina et son mari est exceptionnel et rare. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par l'extérieur de la propriété, la vue sur la mer, la piscine, toutes ces pierres et cette végétation, sans parler des espaces détente et repas sous la grande pergola blanche. C'est un petit coin de paradis ! (Prévoir l'antimoustique, visiblement, il y a des moustiques au Paradis)Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Caterina est très accueillante et disponible pour des conseils sur sa région qu'elle connaît très bien. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter, Otranto, Gallipoli, Lecce, Castro, S. Cesarea Terme, Torre Vado, Torre Lapillo, Porto Badisco...

Caterina und ihr Mann bekommen von uns 10 von 10 Punkten. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und unsere Unterkunft sauber. Die Outdoorküche und die Outdoordusche war eines unserer Highlights und natürlich der wunderbare Pool und Blick auf's Meer. Den einzigen gravierenden Kritikpunkt sehen wir an der " Motorradstrecke" direkt vor dem Haus. Besonders am Wochenende ist nicht mal eine Unterhaltung möglich. Sehr laut und wirklich irgendwann unerträglich.

Sehr angenehme Vermieter mit sehr viel Feingefühl. Haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung und gute Lokale gegeben.Haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt mit fantastischen - Super Ausblick und einem wunderschönen gepflegten Pool. Séjour confortable et de qualité

Caterina est une hôte disponible et très accueillante. La villa est charmante avec une piscine hors norme et fantastique ! Les ingrédients sont réunis pour un séjour au calme de grande qualité. Elle prend soin de sa maison et ça fait la différence. On se sent homme à la maison bien lon d'un piège à touristes! Je recommande fortement !
