Beautiful home on canal w/ pool, walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach

This beautiful waterfront home is a slice of paradise in the highly desirable Connors neighborhood across from Naples Park and near Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, Florida.

This newly renovated home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a den, dining area with built in bar, and an expansive pool and deck area. This home truly is a dream! It is quiet, private, and quaint, yet spacious, decorated with an organic modern simplistic touch, and incredibly clean!

Southern exposure makes for a sunny pool all day. With plenty of outdoor space, you can lounge by the pool on the lounge chairs, or in the pool on a raft! Sit out on the dock at sunset, watching for manatees and dolphins! We have 2 paddle boards that make for a fun activity. If you prefer the beach, walk .8 miles to Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggins State Park!

Just minutes away is The Mercato with many shops, bars, and restaurants. Grocery stores close by include Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, WalMart, and Publix, The Waterside Shops, Venetian Village, The Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens, Naples Downtown 5th Avenue South are all within 20 minutes or less! US Highway 41 is two minutes away and Interstate 75 is ten minutes away.

Respectfully, we would prefer no small children or animals in the home. Our rental home is designed for people who are going to be exceptionally neat and tidy, and respectful of the home. We also want to be courteous of other renters who may be allergic to animals. If you plan to bring your small children or pet with you on vacation, this is not the home for you. Upon booking you will sign a contract that lists who you will be bringing, and says you will not bring an animal. We also have neighbors who will let us know if there is an animal in the home, so please don't try to sneak one in. If you have a family with children, please let me know ages.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and upkeep of our home. We do everything preventative we can to keep it in the best shape possible. Not only does it look clean on the outside, but it truly is clean and in good condition to the bones. We expect our renters to treat it with the same respect. This home is for people who are going to keep it clean and tidy, clean up any messes and spills, etc.

Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking.
