This was our second stay in DL Vacations Rentals’ property and first time in this house. Similar to the previous trip, we loved every minute of it. The house is spacious yet cozy, super clean, and well thought-through. Communication with the host was superb as always, and the little touches around the house made it a great time. We love staying at Briarwood, and this house just took it to the next level. We would definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mellow Palm! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were great. Check-in was easy, and Derek was responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with the refrigerator, and it was taken care of quickly. We'd happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. We visit Naples most years and have stayed at Briarwood previously. Without doubt this is one of the finest villas we have stayed at. From the communications with Derek, through to the cleanliness of the villa through to the fantastic amount of leisure equipment provided including weights and bench, bikes and back equipment; everything you need to make the most of Naples.
