Villa Jasmim OCV - Heated Pool

Albufeira Design Jasmin is a high-quality semi-private villa with a private pool, ideal for 6 people.

At a reasonable distance from the beach, supermarket and restaurants and many other facilities. The Design villa is decorated with great elegance and comfort, equipped with satellite TV, Internet, air conditioning and much more.

The villa comprises 3 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, an individual terrace, pool and private garden.

Its architecture is of a modern contemporary style, taking into account the privilege of enjoying as much natural light as possible inside and above all outside the villa. The terrace, next to the living room, has an excellent area for socialising with family and friends, as well as a dining area with barbecue facilities and a beautiful and spacious garden. On the first floor, you can relax on one of the balconies of the 2 double bedrooms both with private bathrooms.

Albufeira Design Jasmin is equipped with satellite TV, Internet, air conditioning and other facilities necessary for day-to-day living.

Albufeira Design Jasmin is a villa with a very sophisticated style, which offers you all the comfort so you can enjoy your holidays in the Algarve to the fullest.

If you prefer not to use the car, Albufeira Design is the ideal choice, as all facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. It also has a private garage with space for 1 car.

Albufeira Design Jasmim is equipped with a heated pool that can be switched on for a supplement of €60 per day (minimum cost per stay: €420). We also request 72 hours' notice (the time it takes to reach the regulated temperature). The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C more than an unheated pool.

The villa is located in the heart of Albufeira about 1.3 km from the Beach, and very close to the Alfarrobeira garden, an extensive family leisure area with green spaces, walking and cycling routes. Facilities such as supermarkets, fresh produce market and others are just 5/10 minutes' walk away. The old centre of Albufeira and Oura, both areas famous for their numerous restaurants, bars and shops are just 3 minutes' drive away.



Municipal Tourist Tax

Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.

Pool and Garden Maintenance:

To ensure that the pool and garden are maintained in the best conditions, periodic maintenance may be carried out during your stay. Technicians may briefly access only the external areas of the property to carry out this work. No access to the interior of the accommodation will be necessary.
