Centrally located, this is a lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi-detached villa with private pool and games room and air-conditioning in the living room. It has 3 floors and is located in a quiet area on a no-through road, yet mins walk from everything you need. Supermarket, 250m from the villa. Fresh fruit and fish markets where you also have cafes and a bakery for daily freshly baked bread and cakes-only about 150m away. Central bus station that takes you to all parts of Portugal and Spain is only 50m from the villa. Down town Albufeira is approx 500m, only 10 min stroll. You will be walking away from all the lively action of Albufeira and banks, shops, restaurants etc, yet in a calm neighborhood. No need to spend extra on car hire. You will have everything you need within walking distance.

This is a wonderful villa. Lots of space and alll the facilities you need. There were some provisions when we arrived which was perfect as we were later than planned and didnt get chance to go to the shop. Lidl ony 10 minute walk and the old town 20 minute walk downhill. The kids loved the pool. Nice quiet area. A fantastic place to stay with your family.

Another winner in Portugal. This property is amazing. It is very clean and well maintained. Everything works as it should. The kitchen is well appointed and has all the cooking hardware you could need. No issues with hot or cold water. Depending on the weather, you will spend a lot of time in the outdoor kitchen/pool area. It's a 15-20min walk to the old town and beach but the upside is that it's a quiet neighborhood. This is a perfect place for large families or multiple couples traveling together. Finally, the host popped in on check in and followed up by email to make sure we were good but was not intrusive. We'll be back!

The photos don’t do the villa the justice it deserves. All rooms very clean.We were a group of 6, myself and husband, 2 boys and my elderly parents. We had 2 minor issues whilst staying at the villa and these were rectified swiftly, later the same day. Communication with the host was top notch and no delay in responses. Not all rooms have A/C and one room didn’t have a fan, when we were there is was mostly 38oC heat - A/C in all rooms would have made a difference, the bottom level could be enhanced with A/C or even a fan. Villa location was great, not far from the bus terminal, we walked across there to get a taxi to old/new town sometimes, my parents mobility isn’t great so this was a game changer rather than using Ubers. Facilities are as listed, kitchen well stocked.The upper kitchen can’t be used but we used the fridge/freezer which was good for chilling beers/juice etc before brining it downstairs to be used. The upper level could be utilised in a better way as the kitchen area is a wasted space imo, however the sitting area with the A/C was great to chill away from everyone for 5 mins. Highly recommend this villa and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at this villa and would highly recommend it.We have been visiting Albufeira for the past 12 years and have stayed in a number of villas during that time. This is the first villa that has genuinely ticked every box for us.The location is excellent, with several supermarkets and the Old Town within easy walking distance. Getting around was also very convenient, with Uber rides costing only around 3–4 to the Old Town and 5–6 to the marina.Communication with the host was outstanding throughout our stay. They responded promptly to any questions we had and were always helpful and accommodating.The villa itself is spacious and well laid out across three floors, providing plenty of room for everyone. The highlight for us was the outdoor area. The pool is beautiful, and there is plenty of space to relax with ample sunbeds. We particularly enjoyed the shaded dining area, which features a large table, BBQ, and pizza oven—perfect for enjoying meals together outdoors.Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Albufeira.

We had a very good stay in this spacious villa. What struck us most upon arrival was how clean the villa is. Within walking distance of the supermarket and with a car in the old center and near the beach. Thanks to our stay in this villa we had a great holiday!

Just returned home after a wonderful family holiday. The villa was amazing, probably better than we were expecting. So clean and as a family of 8, it was so spacious, we never felt in each others way. So many little extras too like the little welcome food hamper, the pool inflatables and the box of kids toys came in so handy for my 1yr old granddaughter. We all enjoyed every bit of the villa

Just returned from our second stay at at this fabulous villa in Albufeira! The villa was spotless, well kitted out, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The private pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off during thesunny day. Best of all, it’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach, so everything is right on your doorstep. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

fantastic villa. plenty of space -3 stories. Large rooms and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and games room.. There were 5 of us but it could have fitted 8 to 10. Beautiful pool and BBQ. Anabela was brilliant to deal with before during and after our stay.. We were given a late check out with no issue. Ten minute walk to Lidl. Ten minute Uber into Albufeira and beaches. Strongly recommend.
