This beautiful condo was updated in 2019. This home features all new paint ,furniture and comfortable "high end" bedding and will not disappoint! Bedrooms are complete with new mattress and linens. New Black Whirlpool Kitchen Appliances and everything you need for cooking as well as a Keurig & drip coffee maker.

We have two reserved parking spaces on the 5th and 12th floor for our unit. Our condo is a spacious 1,148 sq.ft, with an additional 121 sq.ft. balcony.

No dirty carpets!. Upgraded amenities including Wood Tile Floors throughout, key code locks so no more keeping up with cards, Granite Counter tops, Washer/Dryer, Flat Screen TV's, private door for the bunk room, plush mattresses in each room, new comfortable love seat & couch and dining table and chairs... freshly painted throughout and much more. Free Secure Wifi Internet in the room.

The Shores of Panama has one of the largest pools in all of Florida, nearly 20,000 square foot of lagoon pool and outdoor hot tub featuring waterfalls, fountains, two Tiki bars, and exotic tropical landscaping. There is also a large, heated indoor pool & hot tub, a fitness room, and a full service spa. The Shores of Panama was created to be more like a resort than just another condo building on the beach!

Several outstanding restaurants are within a short walking distance, including the world famous Pineapple Willy's right next door and Dee's Hangout just up the street has excellent food!

'Willy's Pier Bar' is located next to Pineapple Willy's which is a great place for live music. Just across the street is a Super Wal-Mart, Coyote Ugly, Waffle House, Putt Putt Golf, Arcade, Go-Karts, Ripley's, Zoo World and many shops and restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Shores of Panama!We absolutely loved our stay at Shores of Panama! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing beach getaway. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process effortless.The resort itself is amazing! Between the huge pool, the drink and food huts right by the water, and the easy beach access, you truly never have to leave the property. Great unit!! Super clean and has all the features you need!! Nice big pool and tons of beachfront!! Checked in online a couple of days before arrival and had parking pass and wristbands waiting when we arrived. Only downside is the parking garage - not fun to deal with. Other than that it’s a great place to stay!

Great communication with host, quick with replies, and very responsive to needs. Condo was clean and AC was fantastic. Large balcony and nice that you could see both the pool and the ocean. Definitely a family resort that works well for families with older kids and teens. Only drawback might be the staff on site. Shores may be a little overboard on security. We returned from dinner and one of the kids forgot their bracelet. Would not let child come back up to the room with us. Older kids had to run up to the condo to get bracelet before they would let us go back up to our room, despite the rest of us having ours and security having all of our names. Note they mean it when they say they take the sharp scratchy bracelets very serious. We eventually found an entrance close to pineapple willy's that avoided the guard shack, where we could come and go from by swiping our bracelets, or when we drive in they never checked all of us for bracelets. All in all, condo comfortable, host fantastic, the resort staff just always seemed irritated with a scowl on their face even if you have your bracelets on.

A perfect family vacation

My family come to PCB every summer, but this was our first time staying at Shores of Panama. The check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and having the reserved parking spot on the same level as the condo made loading/unloading luggage and groceries so much easier. The condo itself was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, A/C worked great, kitchen was well-equipped. I normally don’t spend much time at the pool when I’m on a beach vacation, but the pool at Shores of Panama is amazing. We found ourselves buying lunch from the restaurant by the pool nearly everyday, as well as drinks from the tiki bar. Not to mention, Pineapple Willys is right there beside Shores of Panama. We will be staying here from now on, and as long as this particular room is available, this is the room we want to stay in!

Elevator is a night mare

Property was nice, room was nice but the elevator situation will keep us from returning to this resort. It was absolutely ridiculous. Parking is no picnic either.

The parking deck is tight, and the resort was full so driving a large truck makes it difficult. We do have two parking spaces and the one on the 12th floor is close to our unit and more spacious. I am glad that you enjoyed our unit and the pool and beach.

Relaxing Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Shores of Panama. We came down for a week and found the parking spaces to be in prime locations for both our Honda CR-V and our Suburban. The elevators are a little bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected anywhere and we met some very nice people while waiting so it wasn’t any trouble at all. We walked to Walmart for all of our grocery needs and airbrush tees. The ease of access to Pineapple Willys and the Wharf was also nice! We grabbed donuts downstairs one day and lunch from one of the few establishments on site. The bar outside was also more than what we had even expected. The pool was perfect for our infant with the gradual entry and it was never difficult to find a lounge chair or table, which we loved. We would rent from this owner over and over again!

FILTHY & PARKING GARAGE IS A JOKE!!

Parking garage is horrible! Spaces are very tight & even though we stayed on the 12th floor, we had a parking spot on the 5th floor as well. My husband’s white truck got hit on the 5th floor parking & now has 3 black scratches & a small dent. No note was left, of course. The toilet bowls had black rings! We had to clean them. Shower head in 2nd bedroom was so filthy that we replaced it w/a new one. We saw 3 roaches (2 in kitchen & 1 in a bedroom). We’ve stayed in like 5 diff condos in PCB & NEVER seen a roach. The pool was very nice & the location is good, but we will never stay here again!

Unfortunately, these guests punched or kicked a hole in a bathroom door, and we had to keep their damage deposit resulting in a negative review. The parking garage is tight if you are driving a large truck, (I drive a Ford F-150 and find it difficult to park in most parking lots), but we do have a nice size parking space on the top floor that they should have used. Our unit was not filthy....we have excellent cleaners as can be seen from other reviews. This review is the exception and not the rule! The unit had been vacant for over two weeks prior to their arrival, and we neglected to have our cleaners check it, so it is our fault the toilets had rings, but the bathroom was not filthy. I suspect one of the shower heads had some mildew from lack of recent use but that is hardly filthy. The exterminators had just completed servicing our floor so that might have caused the bugs to scurry, but we have never had any complaints before or after their stay. We're glad that these guests will not be back!!

Great condo … But

Great condo , it had everything you need! The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The garage is tight if you have a large vehicle but not a deal breaker. The pool is also great , never had a problem getting chairs . The problem was at 3:00 we pretty much had to leave the beach because that’s when high school/college kids would come out. It was pretty bad everyday, they all flashing gang signs , smoking weed , having boxing matches . Just absolutely destroying the beach with litter and not have a care in the world about other people belongings. Did not feel safe. Talk to a few locals and they hate this time of day . The cops were there making arrest everyday and it would last till 10:00 pm . Now I know it was spring break but would probably not stay here again just because of the clientele this beach brings at 3:00. It was also pretty much just in front of this building .

Unfortunately, some condo owners in PC still rent to the young crowd and it is bothersome to families with children during Spring Break. We only rent to adults over 25 and our condo association will be restricting teens from renting in our building soon. It is my understanding that the police presence and early curfew this year should discourage this from happening next year over Spring Break.

Perfect Vacation

The condo unit was as described. Location, view, beach, pool and tiki bar were all amazing. We had no issues with the elevators or parking spaces. Check in was no issue other than figuring out that we NEEDED to go to the front main entrance prior to parking; they would not let us in the parking ramp until we did. Overall a fantastic time. My teenage son (17) was able to walk safely to tourist locations without any issues. Complex itself is dated, which in turn means the unit is as well, but it is still a nice unit. Pots and pans, silverware, dishes, coffee maker, toaster were provided. I do wish there was dish rags or sponges to handwash dishes, and extra trash bags were provided. I had to go to Wal-Mart to get dish soap/sponge, laundry soap/fabric softener, and basic seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc), but still feel the condo was priced fairly, located perfectly and in good condition. The host was very responsive to messages leading up to arrival, and I did not need to contact while there. Security staff could be friendlier. They were not rude, but seem to not have much training in hospitality- which they should since they are eveeywhere and always around the guests. No real complaints other than the wrist band that must be worn the entire time. The band is uncomfortable, like one you'd get at a fair or amusement park. The band has the RFID chip to get access to the condo facilities, so you need it on at all times. A soft silicone would be nice.

Spring break

This resort is walking distance to some attractions, Walmart is close! The location is right next to pineapple Willie’s so there was a large crowd on the beach, pool chairs get “reserved” early And stay taken most of the day-which was expected for spring break. Outside pool was freezing,too cold for anyone to use (I was expecting a heated pool but realize I was misled there is a heated hot tub and heated inside pool. During our stay the chlorine for indoor pool was super strong (which I appreciate killing the germs but sitting on the side watching children, our throats and eyes were burning). everyone will need a shower after using it. There was plenty of living space inside the condo and the balcony overlooks the beautiful lagoon pool and to the ocean. Do no leave anything on the balcony due to the wind. Please be advised the top bunk it so very close to the ceiling and actually it is right under a water sprinkler head so in my opinion it was not a usable sleeping space. A teenager or adult wouldn’t fit up there and I was worried a child would bump the sprinkler and set it off. Lucky for us we just combined other sleeping arrangements. The master bed must be brand new but it is very hard so if that bothers you be prepared to later blankets or a mattress topper on it. The light in the refrigerator flashes quickly likea strobe light so if you are sensitive to that be prepared. A few downsides but the host was flexible and helped make things right. Enjoy your stay

Thank you for your thoughtful review. Yes, the water can be cold in March and the outdoor pool is not heated. Because of the warm humid atmosphere the indoor pool does need a lot of chlorine to prevent bacteria from growing. The master bedroom bedding is only a few years old and we find it very comfortable. We have not had any previous negative reviews. Of course, sleeping preferences can vary depending on what you are accustomed to. Thanks again!

On the beach

Really can't be any closer to the beach. Great sunrise view from the balcony. Truly enjoyed our time here. Be aware, parking deck is a little narrow.

Me and my husband stay at this resort every year for 5 years now, and this is by far this best condo we’ve stayed at! Each bedroom has a bathroom which was great! The kitchen has a coffee pot and a keurig which was so convenient. Easy parking on the floor of the room and easy access to the elevator. The Wi-Fi worked great for all our devices, and the balcony had a great view! Everything was also very clean. We are excited to stay again next time!

Enjoyed our stay

Beds were super comfy and it was a very spacious room. Would have given 5stars on the room but some minor details such as ice maker on door of refrigerator made a mess, and the overall room was clean but in and under sofa was dirty. We have stayed at this resort before so we new that the elevators are always a problem but it was so nice to have parking on the same floor as the room especially when loading and unloading the car! Definitely would stay again!
