About this property

Superb T3 of 85m2 feet in the water Large terrace with sea view

Magnificent apartment in a luxury residence in Creole architecture with sea access (very easy to access) to a very beautiful white sand beach and magnificent view of the Diamond Rock and the Morne Larcher. You can go to the typical Diamond market by the Beach !!
WIFI is now available in the apartment.
Possibility 5 people. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed in 140 and 1 bedroom with two 90 beds, 1 cot with mosquito net is available). The living room has a sofa bed for an extra bed for 1 person. The living room has a fan.
The living room opens onto a large terrace for your quiet meals facing the Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, juicer and juicer (enjoy good exotic fruits to prepare fresh fruit juices) and all the useful utensils for cooking! In addition, there is a washing machine and a TV. Bed and bath linen are provided. There is a second fan on the terrace.

The residence is secured with an automatic gate and access code, and it is located a stone's throw from the village of Diamant (restaurants by the sea, grocery store, convenience store, small typical market, pontoon, all shops). No road noise. Rentals are not necessarily from Saturday to Saturday. They are done according to your plane dates and times.
The beach is at the foot of the apartment, it is 4km long, it's pure beauty!

A mandatory cleaning service of € 50 will be payable to Charlotte in cash upon arrival

TrÚs bon séjour en Martinique!

La propriĂ©tĂ© est trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour visiter autant le nord de l’üle que le sud. C’est on pays magnifique! La vĂ©gĂ©tation, les fleurs, les paysages et que dire des plages ! Tout est super beau. Nous y Ă©tions en dĂ©cembre, donc pas trop achalandĂ©.

Appartement avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour et apprĂ©ciĂ© la vue magnifique sur le diamant. Le seul bĂ©mol c’est le ventilateur au plafond qui ne rafraĂźchit rien. Un ventilateur sur pied serait plus efficace. Volet de cuisine fermĂ© car cassĂ©, ce qui nous a privĂ© de clartĂ©.. A part cela, rien a dire. L’accueil de Charlotte est top. Merci Ă  elle pour sa gentillesse et son panier de bienvenue Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Logement bien situé et conforme

Avec une trĂšs belle vue et une bon emplacement pour visiter tout le sud de l’üle, je recommande cet appartement. Un grand merci Ă  Charlotte pour son accueil et ses conseils, Seul bĂ©mol : pas possible de descendre par le ponton pour accĂ©der Ă  la plage, la mer est trop haute.

Séjour trÚs agréable

Bien situĂ© dans un secteur tranquille et sĂ©curisĂ©. Appartement tout Ă  fait convenable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le Diamant. L'amĂ©nagement gĂ©nĂ©ral a besoin d'une mise Ă  jour (Ă©clairage dĂ©suet et mal fixĂ©, confort du mobilier moyen, douche Ă  rĂ©nover). Les chambres sont bien et confortables. Acceuil et communication parfait. À noter que Vrbo a encaissĂ© la totalitĂ© des montants prĂ©vus la journĂ©e mĂȘme de la rĂ©servation i.e. l'avance du loyer, le 2e paiement du loyer + le montant en garanti qui devait ĂȘtre payĂ© sur place...?? et qui n'est pas encore remboursĂ©...16 jours aprĂšs notre retour.

TrĂšs belle vue de la terrasse et accueil initial charmant de Charlotte. Mais une fois installĂ©s c’est une autre histoire! Équipement cuisine minimum (2 casseroles et une marmite!! Pas de beurrier ni coquetier ni thĂ©iĂšre et on oublie pour trouver un couteau qui coupe..!). CĂŽtĂ© ameublement confort trĂšs rĂ©duit pour un rapport qualitĂ© /prix au total mĂ©diocre. Ce qui n’est pas non plus prĂ©cisĂ© c’est que la plage du Diamant est l’une des plus dangereuses du sud caraĂŻbe du fait de la forte houle. Voiture indispensable pour aller se baigner.

TrÚs bon séjour au Diamant. Nous avons apprécié la vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse, et la qualité de l'appartement. TrÚs bien accueillis par Charlotte. De plus, la commune du Diamant propose des petits commerçants trÚs accueillants, un glacier excellent, et un marché authentique. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Ein wirklich ĂŒberaus schönes, gepflegtes Appartment mit fantastischer Aussicht!

Nichts ist entapannender als auf der großzĂŒgigen Terrasse zu sitzen und dem Meeresrauschen, den Zikaden und Fröschen am Abend zuzuhören und den endlosen Blick auf den Diamanten zu genießen. Alles lief problemlos, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind sehr gut, so dass man sich gut selbst mit allem versorgen kann. Der Diamant-Strand an sich ist zwar lang, aber nicht wirklich zum Liegen/ Sonnenbaden geeignet (dafĂŒr jedoch zum morgendlichen Joggen umso mehr). Doch in den angrenzenden, leicht und schnell zu erreichenden Buchten ist es sehr schön. Dort gibt es auch zahlreiche kleinere Strand-Restaurants, wo man authentisch und unkompliziert essen gehen kann. Wir haben uns super erholt! Merci beaucoup pour un sĂ©jour splendide!

Bel appartement pour un séjour trÚs agréable

Appartement conforme aux photos avec une trÚs belle vue sur mer et la plage du Diamant dans résidence fermée avec une place de parking. Emplacement idéal pour vadrouiller entre les plages d'anses d'Arlet et de Sainte Luce. J'ai apprécié l'échange au tél avec les propriétaires et avec Charlotte (;-)) qui nous a accueilli sur place. Points forts : Chambre avec une bonne literie, une clim de qualité et des rangements, Appartement trÚs bien équipé : WIFI, lave vaisselle, lave linge... Terrasse couverte ouverte Points d'amélioration : ajouter quelques couverts, couteaux, tasses à café (mais c'est du détail). Je conseille donc.

Vue sur le Rocher du Diamant

On est parti avec les 3 enfants, alors inutile de vous dire que les petits dĂ©tails comptent. Les lits Ă©taient faits, super ! on a pu se coucher direct. Une bouteille de jus de fruit Ă©tait dans le frigo, cool, il fait chaud 28°C. Un lave-linge et un grand Ă©tendoir, une lessive par jour. Tout Ă©tait propre. La bombe tue-moustique Ă©tait Ă  disposition. On avait la carte de l'ile et quelques pub. Une place de parking rĂ©servĂ©e. 2 accĂšs par des marches Ă  la mer. La rĂ©sidence a un portail Ă©lectrique Ă  tĂ©lĂ©commande. La boulangerie est Ă  100m, le marchĂ© local est Ă  500m (fermĂ© le lundi). Pas de wifi mais j'ai pu me connecter avec une clĂ© 3G orange. La mer est chaude, les dauphins sont magnifiques, les petits poissons sont multicolores. Le resto La Voile Blanche est Ă  faire. Pour aller Ă  la baignoire de JosĂ©phine, je vous conseille le pĂȘcheur FĂ©lix qui a un super bateau Ă  moteur et qui est basĂ© Ă  la Marina du François. Excellent voyage. Tout le monde est ravi.

Das Appartement bietet einen zauberhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Le Diamant. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und sauber, die große Terrasse ein wundervoller Ort, die Karibik zu genießen. Appartment with phantastic bay view

The appartment really has a fantastic view of the bay, a great experience to have breakfast or dinner on the very spacious terrasse enjoying the view. rooms were all very clean, Celine and Stephane helpful in explaining how to find the address. Good security system gives you the feeling of safety during the Holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay and can rcommend the appartment for travellers who wish to explore the Island by car as we did
