Our house, two floors, built in 1805 and completely restored in 2010, is in a very quiet street Rouvenac, a small village of about 150 souls, located in the beautiful valley of Faby, 300 m.
The ground floor has a kitchen with all the conveniences (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer), a large living room with a lounge and large sofa as well a TV, wood stove, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor has three bedrooms (two bedrooms with a 140 bed in one and two beds in 90 in the other, and a children room with two bunk beds) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet . Electric heaters installed in all rooms of the house allows a stay in the cold periods and even winter. A private garden located behind the house offers the possibility in the summer to take meals outside or relax. There is a WIFI access.
For shopping, the small town of Espéraza, 7 km from Rouvenac, offers many shops such as bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, grocery and supermarket every Thursday and Sunday market offers the opportunity to discover and enjoy local products. Several doctors and nurses also perform in Espéraza.
Rouvenac several places of discovery and hikes are possible without having to borrow the car.
