Located in Espezel in the Aude Pyrenees, this 75 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and features a bathroom. This mountain retreat is set in a peaceful hamlet, providing a pleasant setting for all ages in any season. You can access supervised lakes nearby for swimming during the warmer months.

A climbing gym is 5 km away in Belcaire, along with various outdoor activities. The Cathar trail and many hiking loops pass close to the house. In winter, you can enjoy several ski resorts offering hiking and other activities, or simply celebrate the festive season. The house will be heated before your arrival, with firewood available for an extra fee. Electricity is included up to 2 kWh per person per day; any additional use is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.
