Parlour Barn is a delightful barn conversion on the outskirts of Leek, Staffordshire. It has three lower ground floor bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms and one twin, served by a family bathroom and sleeping a total of six people. The ground floor provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking. The Parlous is the perfect choice for a family holiday to the heart of the countryside.

Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, food processor/blender, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Smart TV, fibre broadband, PS4, Shared games room with bar, football table, pool table, air hockey, table tennis, arcade games and tuned piano, darts, karaoke, guitar, DVD library and book exchange. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and robes inc. in rent. Hair dryer and hair strighteners. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed multi-level front lawned garden, gravelled area with decking area and furniture , Green Egg style BBQ, hot tub and sauna. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Peaceful and Perfect
Beautiful converted barn with everything you need. Peaceful. Lovely sunsets. Outdoor sauna, hot tub and heated hut are perfect to relax in. Jo and Giles were great hosts. Superb property to rent !
