About this property

Amazing top floor view in a newly renovated Lake Travis Condo on Private Island

We loved the view so much, we bought the condo!

After owning on The Island for seven years, we finally made the condo ours with a full renovation/redecoration. Now, our amazing third story view of Lake Travis within the luxurious 'Island at Lake Travis' is even nicer! You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. Or, enjoy the Mediterranean style condominium complex located on the private island.

Besides the recently updated condo, you can take advantage of the amenities of the island which include multiple hot tubs, indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a fitness center, assigned parking and BBQ area. There is a boat launch on the island and a marina with available slip rental.

The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is stocked with everything you will need during your stay.
* Master bedroom has a view of the lake and private balcony.
* Master bathroom includes dual vanities, walk-in closet and walk-in shower.
* Second bedroom includes two queen beds (large enough to sleep 4)
* Unit includes Wi-Fi and large TV with cable and/or streaming capability.

The host was cordial from the first connection. The condo was exactly as advertised, and the host did a great job with that. We've stayed in many vacation condos, and this was one of the most beautifully decorated and fully ready to be moved into. Great place for a weekend getaway!

We rented for a girl's weekend to get away. The condo was far enough out to feel like a getaway, yet had stores and restaurants close enough for convenience. I highly recommend staying here!

Why they chose this property

After an exhaustive search for the perfect lake condo in Texas, we saw the view from The Island and knew our search was over. We enjoy sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the water, the boats and the sunsets. Coffee in the early morning is amazing, as well.

The surrounding areas, including proximity to Austin, really helped sell the area. We love the hills and the views. Ultimately, we hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do.
