Great host and clean rooms. Lake view was westward toward the sunset above the Lake an Hills. Moonlit mornng view from the balcony was also beauiful.

We really enjoyed this place! The condo was so comfortable and well furnished.The view of the lake was fantastic. The grounds were very pretty and we really enjoyed the pool. The indoor pool was actually closed but we enjoyed the sun of both outdoor pools. So many deer in and around the grounds. Pickleball courts were in great shape! My only suggestion would be to the complex itself that they need more lounge chairs at the pool but that was a minor detail. Owner was very responsive and communicative! Very quiet and peaceful and we will be back!

Great views, great decor, good communication, Spacious and well stocked. Master bedroom and bathroom was luxurious.CAUTION: Stayed during weekend and due to proximity to the pool, there’s lots of noise during the evening. On Saturday, people partying went on until after midnight. So expect the noise and bring some earplugs.Also in guest bathroom, there’s no hot water until after 3pm. That’s very strange. So we took cold showers in the morning in the guest bathroom not realizing this. Master bathroom, however, didn’t have that problem,

Thanks for the nice review and for allowing us to host your stay. A few clarifications for future guests; midnight is past pool hours so notifying security will take care of this issue most promptly. The phone number is posted next to the front door for convenience. The same hot water supply feeds the entire condo and is not time sensitive. The guests shower faucet is plumbed opposite of the master bathroom as indicated on the pictures and directions posted next to the shower. The information is also provided ahead of time in our pre check-in messages and guide book located inside the condo. Minor oversight, no worries. Thanks again for staying with us and you are always welcome back !

This is our 6th time staying in this condo. We love this for a short "staycation" from Austin. It's so lovely to have the spa, pool, and lake view all rolled up into one spot. Plus, this condo has great beds and an awesome huge bathtub in the primary suite.
