Flat description:

The flat , which has been recently renewed (2012) is located in a typical local house in Riomaggiore historical downtown. It is 300 meters from the sea.

The first floor has a living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The second floor has a small living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and another bathroom.

The apartment is a few minutes walking from the railway station or from the car parking.
We advise our guests that it is strongly recommended to arrive by train and to leave the car at La Spezia railway station parking as the car is not useful at 5 Terre (where you can go by train, by boat or even on foot across all the villages).
Riomaggiore is only 8 minutes by train from La Spezia and the parking in La Spezia is far cheaper than in 5 Terre.

Great location! Comfortable stay

Compact apartment right in the heart of the villiage

Proximity allowed us to enjoy Riomaggiore easily. Just up the main street to the port and beach. Perfect for our family of five to come and go, with a icecream shop right next door. The kitchenette was practical and we all slept well.

Great Location

We had a great stay in Riomaggiore and the location of the rental was great. It would have been nice to have Wifi to plan the rest of the trip and the bed on the second floor was very uncomfortable but other than that it was a nice spot to spend a few days. Thanks!

Quiet room in great location.

Was very happy with the room, the air conditioning was very cold. I was surprised there was no wifi, made planning the rest of vacation a little tricky, but the cafe near by was great and had free wifi.

Great Experience

Very central, steps to shops, restaurants and train. Very clean, equipped and compact. Ran out of hot water at one time. Beautiful view from the balcony. Nothing could prepare you for the steep walk from the train.

Cute flat with great location

Well-appointed 2-story flat just steps off the main drag in Riomaggiore. Good view. High floor provides nice breeze, but AC also does the job. Friendly owner and host. Highly recommend.
