Family friendly 2 storey townhouse plus roof terrace within walking distance to everything. Perfect for the couple who want tranquility in private surroundings or the family of children. 100m to LaZenia shoppingCenter

Terraced house in 3 levels, the top of which is a secluded sun terrace of 20 m2 furnished with comfortable sunbeds, parasol and dining table w / 4 chairs.

The ground floor contains a cozy living room, separate dining room, closed kitchen with access to the outdoor utility room as well as a small bathroom with shower.

The 1st floor has a large double bedroom (180x200cm) of high quality, and a smaller bedroom with two good single beds (90x200cm). From the Master Bedroom there is access to the balcony with afternoon and evening sun / sunset. Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet.

The house is north/west faced and the courtyard has a shaded, covered terrace and a patio with shrubs, green creepers and flowers. There is an outdoor dining table and 4 chairs, market umbrella and a couple of lovely wicker chairs and sofas for relaxing. Outdoor small barbecue.

A FEW STEP FROM THE HOUSE There is locked pool area that belongs only to this private development - a small cozy and peaceful retreat with good neighborhood.

The house is a private all year round residence and personally furnished with high quality box mattresses, quality bedding and towels as well as nice and well maintained interior. The kitchen is well functioning and has everything in service. The house is non-smoking, but smokers are welcome on the terraces.

Ideal home in good location

All as expected. Had lovely time in this Spanish home. Convenient for shops,restaurants and bars. Nice neighbourhood. All went well from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

We will be back

Very nice house with everything we needed. Enough bedlinnen, towels etc. The wasmachine broke down and Gitte, who is a great lovely host, arranged immediately a new one. Orihuela is great, shopping, bars and a beach especially for dogs. The only thing that we would have like to know is that (in winter) there is no sun in the treaded of the house.
