Great place to stay

Exactly as advertised. Awesome outdoor space, 5 great rooms and an awesome downstairs (indoor) pool / sauna / steam room.

The breakfast every morning was very nice to have since this is a pretty remote/desolate part of Italy. The in-house spa (sauna and indoor pool) is super unique as well, couldn't seem to figure out the steam room sadly. The local concierge service was pretty helpful otherwise.We seemed to be short a bed which was definetely unfortunate so would be sure to account for that with larger groups.

While the property is clearly gorgeous, our group had a very difficult time staying at this home. A few days before check-in, the host let us know that the house wasn't available for the first day of our trip because of issues with the house and asked us to move our trip to a slightly later date. We weren't able to do that so our group of 13 people had to go to another bnb for the first night of our stay. The next day, we were able to check in and all seemed well, however, the listing stated that there are 6 bedrooms and there are only 5 bedrooms. The way my group was situated, it made it very difficult to coordinate sleeping arrangements with only 5 bedrooms, so half of our group ended up leaving and getting a different bnb for our stay. Overall, while we enjoyed the property and its amenities, we found staying on the property difficult and would not stay there again.

What a beautiful villa and location! We came for our fiends bachelorette weekend and everything was perfect :) The ladies who come to prepare breakfast and the aperitive were very sweet. Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic property with excellent service

The property was fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. We were not expecting the level of service that was provided. There was breakfast served in the morning with a house cleaning - Luisa and her staff did a wonderful job. Katia attended to the house in the evening and was incredibly helpful with any property requests or items in the surrounding area. There was also a daily grounds keeper, Antonio. He ensured we had a clean pool and tended to the fig and citrus trees on the property… even helping us collect stray balls on the roof. Will all that service it still felt very private and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend
