Pretty cottage situated in a peripheral position in the Lake of Patria. It is 3 minutes from the best beaches of Varcato (Ammot cafe, Sohara luxury club, Rama beach, Kami beach).
The location very close to the ring road (100 meters away), allows easy access to the best tourist resorts: Lake Averno, Bacoli, Pozzuoli, Terme di Agnano, Naples and Caserta.
You can visit the cities and monuments of Naples and Caserta and the most beautiful places in Campania.
