A lovely property for a family holiday. Definitely need a car but lots of places to explore in the area.Only niggle was a neighbour's dog which barked a lot! Obviously outside the control of the owner of the property we stayed in, but annoying (and we are dog lovers!)

Hi, Wayne! Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a kind review. We’re delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed your holiday and had the opportunity to explore the beautiful surrounding area. We’re sorry to hear that the neighbour’s dog barking affected the peace and quiet of your stay. As you mentioned, it is unfortunately something beyond our control, but we completely understand that it may have had an impact on your overall experience. It was a true pleasure to host you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back for another equally enjoyable stay in the future. Weekly Villas

Villa Maria

Highly recommend this holiday home. Myself and a group of friends hired Villa Maria for a birthday celebration and the place is beautiful. Very spacious both indoors and outdoors, very clean pool and a very well equipped kitchen. The property managers were very friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, and would always reply promptly to any queries.10/10!

The house is very nice and well equipped. It was not quite clean, although we were requested to arrive a bit later for the cleaning. The thing with this house is that the location indicated in the add (Passeig Miramar 47 Sitges) is not where the house actually is. Although the owner will confirm the actual location (Carrer de l’Ebre 15 Olivella) and ask for your reading confirmation, it still feels weird. Also, despite some standard (translated) messages to check in on your status, we also received quite a strong message that the cleaning team will arrive 15min after our departure. Just to make sure that we we gone, I suppose. With this, we did not receive any feedback when we informed that the toaster was broken. All this does distract a little from a beautiful an quiet house with a great pool and perfect rooms, were we did have a wonderful week.

Great

The house and the pool is great. Unfortunately, the meadow was artificial turf and was therefore totally hot - baby couldn't play/crawl. Tables outside and inside too small, not for 12 people. the gardener came during our stay and totally covered the pool with leaves and grass. Communication was easy. Rental car recommended - whether for the beach or shopping

Good overall with some buts

This is a lovely villa, and reasonably well equipped, but there are not enough chairs for everyone to sit at the table at once. Cristina was extremely helpful. Transport absolutely essential. It has taken over 2 months and many emails to get my deposit back, and VRBO did absolutely nothing to help.

The pool was perfect, and we ( a family of 3 generations) had a lovely holiday. We loved sitting outside in the shade, but the table was too small for 12 persons. We solved the problem by taking a table from inside. The kitchen seemed a little too small for so many people, while we most of the time made our own meals.I could suggest an Aircon in no. 2 . bedroom in the Studio.

Everything was amazing for us, apart from the description it stated on Vrbo it was 10 mins car journey to Sitges! It’s more like 20-25 mins. The villa was lovely and you definitely need a car to get around as cabs situation is very difficult. All in all 8/10. Thank you Sandy for being an awesome host!

Weekly Villas.

Good overall

It was enjoyable, overall I would say that I would give 4 stars out of 5. Cristina Marti was very helpful there, I would give her 5 stars. There is room for improvement though, like few of the ratan chairs are pretty unstable from wear and tear, one of the swimming pool lights is loose, found it floating above the water, I fixed it myself, one water tank upstairs bathroom needs attention, etc. It needs a general maintenance, otherwise, tha location and the villa is beautiful, however you need a car to get around. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, I would recommend it! Thanks.
