Indoor swimming pool open year round, outdoor swimming pool on the point and swim area in the lake (seasonal). There are also onsite tennis courts as well as playground. My husband and I are full time lake residents that grew up vacationing here from out of state. We met here on the lake, got married here, and how have our family here. We love it here and want others to experience everything this beautiful area has to offer.
Why they chose this property
This property was originally a weekend get away that turned into full time living before purchasing a more suitable full time place for a family. We loved the amenities southwood shores offers, its central location to lake activities, and friendly atmosphere.
What makes this property unique
It's one of the few condos in the area with an indoor pool that is open year round. This makes winter getaway's even more enticing or a fun place to hang out on a rainy day.
