Seashell - 3 Bedroom house with private pool and garden

Seashell is an amazing property (ground-floor only) with its own private and large covered pool. It can accommodate up to 7 guests in all comfort and benefits of a fantastic location within the lovely town of SĆ£o Martinho do Porto, only 600 metres from the beach.

The whole ground-floor of the house is very well equipped, with all you might need for a comfortable holiday stay with your family and friends.

The living area, comprised of a lounge, dining area and kitchen is ideal for the whole group to socialize and has easy access to the private garden and pool. There is free Wi-Fi at your disposal and also cable TV and DVD for entertaining moments inside.

The house has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a changing area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with a separate area, divided by curtains, where you will find a third single bed with a pull-out bed underneath and bedroom 3 has twin beds.

If you bring a baby, a cot with bedding and a highchair can be provided free of charge. Please request this when booking.

There is a family shower room for all to use.

Outside you have the fantastic private garden with covered pool, chairs and sun-loungers, an outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and also a bathroom, avoiding the need to go inside. This lovely terrace with all its amenities is definitely the key-feature of this charming property and is for exclusive use of the guests on the ground-floor.

In the colder months, there is central heating for extra comfort.

There is secure parking for 2 cars and also additional free parking on the street.

La casa es enorme, muy espaciosa, y tiene de todo lo que se pueda necesitar. La piscina estaba muy limpia y que sea climatizada le da un valor aƱadido.
