one with Italian shower and bath, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. A large garden entirely sported with swimming pool of 8 / 4m, room of outside bath with its toilet, barbecue and big terrace. Electric shutters with bay windows in brick partition. Quiet, not overlooked, near Ajaccio, 10 km from the sea and 6 km from the first shops

Très agréable séjour !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillant. Maison très agréable à vivre, grande, propre, située dans un endroit extrêmement calme, avec vue sur les montagnes. Beau jardin fleuri avec une grande terrasse et une belle piscine, ensoleillée toute la journée. Coin douche et toilette extérieur. A recommander !

Très jolie villa, cadre magnifique, propriétaire très sympathique, de superbe vacance dans une villa spacieuse, décorée avec goût et avec tout le nécessaire pour y être vraiment bien 😊

Calme, bien-être et volupté

Nous avons passé tout un mois chez M. Muraccioli. La maison, très grande, est superbe. Les pièces (trois chambres, deux salles de bain, une salle à manger/salon) sont vastes, bien équipées, décorées avec goût et conçues pour apporter tout le confort. A l'extérieur, la vaste piscine est idéalement située, pour recevoir le soleil toute la journée. Nous en avons profité tous les jours, ainsi que de la grande terrasse pourvue de transats confortables et du beau jardin bien fleuri. Le calme de l'endroit est très appréciable -on n'entend que les clochettes des brebis ! La vue sur les montagnes et la proximité des commerces et des plages (20 minutes en voiture), ainsi que la présence très sympathique du propriétaire ont rendu notre séjour vraiment très agréable. Une location à recommander sans hésiter aux familles et groupes d'amis (6/8 personnes), aux couples, pour découvrir une Corse plus authentique :-)

Une immersion en Corse authentique

Nous avons passé tout un mois de vacances chez M. Muraccioli. La maison est superbe, très grande, décorée et équipée avec soin, les pièces sont à la fois spacieuses et bien conçues. La vaste piscine, ensoleillée toute la journée, est idéalement située, et nous en avons profité tous les jours, ainsi que de la belle terrasse pourvue de transats confortables et du jardin fleuri. La vue sur les montagnes, le calme de la campagne où l'on n'entend que les clochettes des brebis, la proximité des commerces et des plages (environ 20 minutes en voiture), sans oublier la présence très sympathique du propriétaire, ont rendu notre séjour vraiment très agréable. Une location à recommander à tous, famille et amis (jusqu'à 6/8 personnes) ou couple, pour la tranquillité, le confort, l'immersion dans une Corse plus authentique. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter ! :-)
