Charming family villa with exceptional view of the Iles Sanguinaires

Quiet villa ideal for families and friends.

The house is located in a very quiet condominium, on the edge of the national forest of Coti-Chiavari. It consists of:
- A "dormitory" part with 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets
- A "living room" part with 1 large living/dining room and a kitchen
- A panomaric terrace, with a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio, the Sanguinaires Islands and the tip of Castagne
- A sheltered terrace with a BBQ

The house is surrounded by a garden with trees, with a Jacuzzi area, and an outdoor shower.
We are the last house in the condominium, so there is no opposite: a neighbouring house on the left, totally hidden by the vegetation, the forest on the right, and facing the sea.
The condominium is very quiet, it only includes detached family houses. No noise pollution

Access to the beach:
Portigliolo beach is less than 5 minutes away by car (free parking), or 10-15 minutes on foot downhill and 15-20 minutes uphill, via a pleasant path passing through an orange grove and the maquis

"Dormitory" area:
- The 4 bedrooms all have 2 single beds, to be arranged according to your needs (double or separate beds), 1 closet and 1 foot fan. All rooms have external access to a terrace (3 have a sea view and 1 has a view of the maquis). They were completely redone in 2022.
- 2 shower rooms, each with 2 sinks and a large shower, and 1 with a toilet. A hairdryer is left at your disposal.
- A separate toilet
The shower rooms and separate toilets have recently been completely redone (2022 and 2024).

Living room:
- A large room with a dining area and a living area with a TV and DVD player. This room opens directly onto the panoramic terrace
- An adjoining kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment and utensils (hob, oven, dishwasher, American fridge, food processor, slicer), with a scullery (microwave, washing machine). The kitchen also opens onto a sheltered terrace, with a BBQ area.
The kitchen is new (redone in March 2026)
A 2nd fridge is available in the garage.

Outdoor/garden:
- A large terrace around the house

- Outdoor shower at the back of the house
- A private Jacuzzi area (/! only operates from June to September)
- Sun loungers and deckchairs

Leisure/entertainment: we provide you:
- A ping pong table
- A dartboard,
- Beach equipment (umbrellas, beach chairs, beach rackets, balls, children's games, masks, fins and snorkels)
- Sea kayaking
- Many board games
- Many books and comics

In addition, for babies, we have a high chair and a "travel cot" with mattress

Activities in the surroundings
The house is close to many beaches, the closest being Portigliolo, where there is a sailing club (FFV certified) where you can rent kayaks, windsurfers and catamarans,... and even take lessons there.
You can also enjoy a straw hut with your feet in the water on Portigliolo beach for lunch (paninis, salads etc.)
A small mini-market (open between June and September) is located at the beach, and allows you to help out on a daily basis (hygiene and cleaning products, fruit, vegetables, bread delivery, cereals, chips, alcohol,...), with a straw hut area to eat/have a drink. It is also possible to rent a boat for the day or 1/2 day (boats with licence)
A restaurant (Chez Mico) is located at the beach, which also has 3 tennis courts and 2 padel courts that can be booked.
Verghja beach (Silver Beach) is a 10-15 minute drive from the house

In Corsica, the mountains are never far away, so you can easily get there for hiking, canyoning, natural waterfalls, or even skiing in winter in Val d'Ese

The house can accommodate you in summer as well as in other seasons, each room being equipped with heating.
