Authentic Décor:
Your visit is guaranteed to be a vast departure from a sea of granite counters, stainless steel, and LVP flooring. Instead, you can indulge your need for variety and feed your aesthetic senses with all the unusual and artful details in this home. You can soak your senses in Victorian home ambiance featuring 120-year-old oak floors, painstakingly hand-painted walls, decorative ceilings, unusual chandeliers, genuine antiques in a variety of styles. And the pièce de résistance are gardens that feature two patios, a gazebo, and 186 feet of mosaic pathway inspired by the Parque Guell in Barcelona and the work of Antonio Gaudi.
History:
This California Victorian duplex was built circa 1900 by Mr. and Mrs. Green and featured in a water tower photo of the Campbell Flood of 1910 and the house thankfully was above the waterline.
Explore Quaint Downtown Campbell:
After a hectic day of meetings explore your new neighborhood. Steps from the front door is Campbell Avenue, which is chock full of bistros, coffee houses, and eateries. Some favorites are Sushi Confidential, Stacks or Mo’s for breakfast, Katie Blooms Irish Pub, Cardiff lounge old style dive bar and popular venue, and of course Starbucks on the corner. Sunday mornings you can get a cup of Joe and saunter down to the best farmers market in the area. More entertainment abounds if you are lucky enough to book Campbell during one of many downtown festivals and events. A very safe street, across from City Hall and police department.
Modern Amenities:
You can expect the house to function as a modern house as it was been completely renovated in 2001 to 2007 and continuously updated to today. You can expect forced air heat, air conditioning, modern appliances, and a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub to soak away your troubles. We always get kudos for the unit being sparkling clean.
Thoughtful Touches For Your Comfort:
This home is equipped with all the necessities for your comfort during your stay. You are provided a fully stocked kitchen, filtered water, blow dryer, iron and board, free laundry room, fluffy towels, body and hair care items, and of course spa-style beds. We even provide a coffee/tea bar, condiments, and emergency spaghetti fixings in case you come late and don’t have time to shop for something to eat before you turn in.

About the host
Hosted by Cynthia Holiday
I spent my life creating art and traveling the world. My experience in corporate housing and hospitality began in 1993 when I moved to Germany. At the time, I traveled through Europe and the US enjoying a variety of furnished accommodations ranging from plastic sheets, crispy shag carpets, burnt utensils, and yes some cockroaches ..As well as some very charming and homelike accommodations with local flavor. In 2007, I drew upon my favorite personal experiences as a furnished accommodation guest and I began offering my home to travelers. I designed my home to include my favorite things about staying in unique places which were crisp clean white sheets, cozy soft couches, clean bright kitchen, and most especially local ambiance and collecting unique experiences.. I live close by with My son Ashton ,my partner Glen ,and our giant Maincoon cat, Moonlight.
