Casa di Mar is nestled among the olive trees on the first hill of Recco. It has been recently renovated and is cool, quiet, and peaceful, equipped with every comfort—the ideal place to relax, enjoy the colours of Liguria, and explore the beauty of the surrounding area.
Casa di Mar occupies a portion of a small villa consisting of two apartments: Casa di Mar, located on the lower level of the building; Casa di Nini, which occupies the upper level; and the annex “Il Nido,” which can be connected to either apartment. Both properties have private and independent access, a private, fenced-in, and fully equipped garden, and a view of the Portofino headland; they are located in Megli, on the foothills of Recco. The two apartments share a laundry area.
The listed price refers to Casa di Mar only. Together with Casa di Nini, which can accommodate 8–10 people, and “Il Nido,” which accommodates 2 people, Casa di Mar can accommodate up to 16–18 people: please enquire about availability and pricing.

Casa di Mar is approximately 70 square metres and consists of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and two bedrooms.
The living room, which opens directly onto the terraced garden offering a view of the sea through the olive trees, features a comfortable table that seats 8, a sofa bed, and several chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker to dishes, pots, and cutlery.... Climb five steps to reach the sleeping area. The smaller blue bedroom has a French bed (140 x 190); the green bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190) that can be separated into two single beds. The bathroom features a hydromassage shower. All rooms open onto the garden, where there are tables and chairs for dining.
The optimal number of guests is 4, but the property can accommodate up to 6 guests by using the living room’s sofa bed (2 single beds).
There is 1 reserved parking space (not suitable for large vehicles) in front of Unit B; from there, go down the flight of stairs (20 steps), and on the right you’ll find the gate to Unit C—Casa di Mar.
Due to the numerous stairs, the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility or who use wheelchairs.
Please note: the road leading to the house is very narrow and steep. I recommend parking on the road above, from where a 70-meter path with 85 low steps leads to the entrance to Section B.
The price includes sheets and towels (1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small) with no midweek changes. You may bring your own linens.
Well-behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee.
In accordance with current regulations, identification documents will be required from all guests. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per day per person over 15 years of age is payable on site. Only during the heating season as determined by local authorities (approximately from November 1 to April 15) will a gas consumption fee of 10 euros per day be charged.
