The apartment is very comfortable, with a spectacular view over the sea. We spent many hours here enjoying the view. It is very well equipped, the bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable and we slept really well. The kitchen has everything you need, and the washing machine is very practical. Communication with the host was good and he sent some very useful information on nearby activities. Parking, though, was quite difficult for a compact car, we had to reverse to get in and out on a mountain slope. Access would be easier with a smaller car. Once you park, access to the apartment is via a 100m slope and then about 40 steps down (and up when you leave) as is the case with all the apartments built into the mountain here. Not for those with reduced mobility. But we did enjoy the view over the ocean and the sunsets.

Breathtaking views

Nice, well equipped apartment with most amazing view. So beautiful you almost didn’t want to leave the apartment balcony. Unfortunately the pool and sea spit was closed so we couldnt enjoy. I bet it’s amazing. Michael and Yumi were quick to respond with any wuestions. Would recommend.

big disappointment : poor value for money, unkempt apartment not corresponding to the description

The property doesn't correspond to the description online. The kitchen is well equiped, the view is idyllic but the terrasse is not maintained at all. The chairs and table are broken and dirty. Only the balcony was in good condition (one chair out of four was broken, however). The blind in the bedroom is broken so that we had to leave it open the entire week for fear of not being able to raise it again. Access to the sea was impossible this year. This information was only communicated to us at the end of June (four days before the cancellation deadline expired) for a rental beginning at the end of July so that it was no longer possible to find another rental by the sea. A discount of only 4% was accorded. It's a shame the apartment isn't better maintained.

Thank you for your review. To start with your critique points: You are referring to the roof terrace which contains furniture which we clean superficially because it gets dirty fast (beautiful natural surroundings). We provide cleaning utensils. It is true that the table on the rooftop is damaged a little bit because of a storm. Please note that we believe in functionality and using items as long as possible to be ecofriendly. The table on the roof top is still in decent shape and can be used without problems. We replace items latest when they are no longer usable. The same goes for the blinds in the sleeping room. The motor had some minor issues due to problems with a sensor. During your stay you told us it was working but you were afraid to use it out of fear that it would break down for good and we ordered a new motor (several weeks delivery time) which was installed meanwhile so there are no more inconveniences in this regard. We communicated the closure of the Sea access as soon as possible to you. As we tried to explain to you before we cannot communicate something we do not know. We informed every affected guest at the same time. Since you calculated the discount, I want to make clear here that it was higher than 4%. You included the fees for the rental platform in your calculation. Since these are not our fees, we appreciate it that our guests understand that we can only discount our rental price. We are happy that you enjoyed the kitchen and the idyllic view.

Diese Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch – wahrscheinlich die beste, die wir je hatten! Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist spektakulär: Man sieht es direkt vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus. Wir haben jedes Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse genossen.In der Wohnung fehlte es an absolut gar nichts. Alles ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, die Möbel sind hochwertig und die Matratzen extrem bequem. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Michael für die tolle Kommunikation, die Infomappe und den lieben Willkommensgruß! Wir haben uns wie bei Verwandten gefühlt.Zwei wichtige Hinweise für zukünftige Gäste:Kein Meereszugang: Ich hatte in der Beschreibung/Fotos verstanden, dass es einen privaten Strandzugang gibt. Das ist in dieser Anlage leider nicht der Fall, was für uns die größte Enttäuschung war.Die Parkgarage: Die typisch italienische, enge Zufahrt erfordert beim ersten Mal gute Nerven und Kribbeln im Bauch! Michael hat alles perfekt erklärt, und nach zwei Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt.Trotz des fehlenden Meereszugang empfehlen wir diese wunderschöne Wohnung von ganzem Herzen weiter! Würden wir die Unterkunft trotzdem buchen, wenn wir vorher gewusst hätten, dass es keinen Meereszugang gibt? Ja, auf jeden Fall – allein schon wegen der fantastischen Aussicht!

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé avec une vue splendide dont nous avons bien profité durant notre séjour, d'abord sous un grand soleil puis sous les orages!!!L'accès à l'appartement peut paraître compliqué mais en fait ça se fait très bien, juste une petite marche arrière.Forcément le petit bémol c'est de devoir reprendre la voiture pour aller se baigner...ce qui peut s'avérer un peu compliqué en plein mois d'août. Au final nous avons trouvé assez facilement et gratuitement de la place à Chiavari grâce aux conseils de notre hotesse et la plage est très bien.Un grand merci aux hôtes et bonne continuation à eux.

Der Ausblick der Ferienwohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Punkt!Selbst vom Bett aus (großes Schlafzimmer), kann man die Bucht und die Schiffe beobachten. Unsere best ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bis jetzt. Es ist ALLES da und es ist alles sehr wertig. Die Vermieter geben sich sehr, sehr viel Mühe, Urlaubstipps stehen beschrieben in der Wohnung und ein paar Bedingungsanleitungen für die Geräte. Zum Baden sind wir immer nach Zoagli (Parkhaus war immer was frei) gefahren und zum Essen nach Chiavari. (Tipp wäre hier - die Pizzaria "Farina 44")Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung bzw. Garage ist etwas knifflig, aber machbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Viele Grüße von Susann und Familie

Das Appartement liegt super ca. 150 m über dem Meer. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine kleine Straße und ein paar Treppen.Das Appartement ist toll eingerichtet, die Möbel sind hochwertig und die Betten absolut bequem. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem großen Südbalkon genießt man den spektakulärem Blick auf die Halbinsel Portofino. Auch aus dem Bett heraus hat man diese tolle Aussicht. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, auf dem Balkon wartet ein Weber-Gasgrill auf die Benutzung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und Straßenlärm ist unbekannt. Die Garage ist etwas entfernt vom Appartement. Um sie zu erreichen, muss man ein wenig rangieren.Unser Gastgeber hat uns vor der Anreise eine sehr detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung mit Fotos geschickt. Die Wohnungsübernahme war unkompliziert, schnell und die vereinbarte Uhrzeit klappte prima. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub immer wieder gerne

Atemberaubende Aussicht, schöne Wohnung

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick ist phänomänal! Die Wohnung ist auch tip top, alles ist genügend vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich schnell und zuverlässig, falls mal etwas ist - wirklich optimal. Man ist ziemlich für sich hier und recht weit oben über dem Wasser, das muss man so mögen. In den Pool oder ins Meer zu springen ist deshalb etwas ein Aufwand (zu Fuß viele Stufen oder Seilbahn). Dort war aber ein wirklich netter cooler Bademeister (Andrea), danke fürs Aufpassen! Das Schwimmen im Meer dort ist ein Abenteuer aber auch ziemlich cool, wenn man es schafft. Für kleiner Kinder eher nicht zu empfehlen. Nach Chiavari etc. sind wir stets mit dem Auto, was aber nur wenige Minuten braucht. Großartig: der Strand von Zoagli, ein paar Minuten Richtung Rapallo entfernt. In Chiavari hat es wiederum an einem Abschnitt die größten Wellen, die ich je am Mittelmeer gesehen habe (sah fast nach Nordsee aus!). Fazit: war eine super Woche für uns.

Superschöne Aussicht

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung! Von der Aussicht auf das Meer, die Boote und die Küste von Santa Margherita und Portofino kann man gar nicht genug bekommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Die Fahrt mit der Seilbahn zum Meer und zum Pool war vor allem für die Kinder ein tolles Erlebnis. Generell ist die Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Genua, Portofino oder Cinque Terre.

Tolle Ferien

Wir (85, 58 und 18, mit Hund) haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft mit sagenhaftem Blick, ruhig, gute Betten. Die Umgebung ist super - insbesondere Chiavari hat eine richtig schöne Innenstadt und kaum Tourismus, Sori auf der anderen Seite zauberhaft klein und mit schönem Strand und auch schönen Restaurants. Können beide durchaus mit den bekannteren Touristenorten mithalten (und sind zT noch schöner). Von der Wohnung aus zu Fuss in den ersten Tagen 20 Min- dann ging es in 10 Minuten- steil bergauf liegt ein schöner Höhenweg zum Wandern, mit Wald und Schatten. Kurzum: Top. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit dieser schönen Ferien.

Beste Aussicht in schöner Wohnung!

Aussicht (!), Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung sind toll. Der Meer- und Poolzugang via Gondel sind ein (sicheres) Erlebnis für sich. In der Wohnung fehlt es an wirklich nichts. Die Wohnanlage selbst ist sehr gut gepflegt, allerdings nichts für Fußlahme - einige Stufen sind ob der Lage immer, aber problemlos, zu gehen. Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr schnell und immer freundlich um alle Belange. Die Gegend selbst lässt keine Wünsche übrig.
