Majestic Sun 613A w/ Gulf Views

613A, a deluxe unit, giving you gulf views from the MASTER BEDROOM, EXTENDED BALCONY, and living room and is located on the 6th floor of the Majestic Sun. This unit features a king in the master, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

All units at Majestic Sun will have amazing unobstructed gulf views!

Beautifully appointed interiors throughout this condo put you in total relaxation. Enjoy your gorgeous unobstructed gulf view from your private balcony, living room, or dining area!


Heated Indoor/Outdoor pool is also provided as well as on site fitness center and covered parking garage.

Enjoy long walks on our sugar white beaches along our stunning emerald coast!!

This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 5 night minimum during Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break.

Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.

Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

Great condo and a great location!

Condo was perfect for our summer family vacation. Property manager was extremely helpful. Condo has a huge patio overlooking the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Majestic Sun

We had a wonderful stay and had beautiful views of the Gulf. Our condo looked exactly like the photos in the listing! Our unit was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! We really didn’t cook much while we were there, but the kitchen had everything you might need. The furniture was very comfortable and the balcony had plenty of seating when our family came by to visit. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice Place

The check in/check out process was very easy. The communication was a little delayed at times. We had a few small issues. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and the smoke alarm batteries were dead in a bedroom which woke everyone up because it was chirping. These issues were addressed by the host during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Sun.great

Nice clean condo, conveniently close to beach and places to go. Didn’t like that you have to go to the reality office before and after going to condo.. It is 2019 should be able to email information and pool bands should be in condo for use. Maybe the cleaning crew could double check the bands for loss.

All went great! No problems and a great place.

We rented two two bedroom units. One for my wife and I (and of course we would have a grandchild wanting to join in) and one for our daughter's family. Both were all we expected and a little more. No problems of any kind.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at 613A the week we were there. Everything worked fairly well and I loved the fact that our kids were able to use the nets and shovels for crab hunting that the place kept there. Everything was fairly clean except for some dishes. The pullout couch was great and very well maintained compared to another unit that our family stayed in. The views were great and everything was well taken care of. Maybe just needed a little updating in the bathrooms with the shower fixture. Otherwise it was an overall great stay.

Anniversary and birthday get away

Great location. Perfect with 2 twins in second bedroom. Clean. The drapes are in very bad condition and need replaced. The garage elevator at complex didn’t work. The condo had everything we needed and property manager was prompt with any minor issues noted. Love Majestic Sun.

Loved the location and view!

First time staying at Majestic Sun and my daughter and I loved it. Loved the wonderful views and the cleanliest of the room. Easy walk to the beach, just wish there was a close-by ramp to get a wagon up and down. Traffic was much better than when staying in Destin during Fall Break. We will definitely be back! Only downside was finding Destin Beach Realty....they are not kidding, DO NOT use your GPS to find them. It will lead you wrong! Wish the room had a code to get in instead of using a key, but I understand they want to make sure adults are checking in. This could still be achieved if they required you to stop by and get pool bracelets and all the codes. Great responses from Destin Beach Reality on all questions, couldn't have asked for a better stay!
