Beautiful cozy sofas in the living room w/55" smart LED TV Free Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is fully stocked with a beautiful French double door stainless steel refrigerator, a double oven, gorgeous glass tile back-splash, under-counter LED lighting, and stunning granite counter tops. Master bedroom includes king sized bed, patio door to balcony, 55” Smart TV, huge walk in closet & private master bath w/double sinks. Our guest room has custom made queen bunk beds (reinforced for adults), both w/private listening flat screen TV s, reading lamps, & attached bathroom.

Large capacity stacked washer & dryer. Upgraded ceiling fans in all rooms w/remotes.

Outdoor chaise lounges watch where you can watch one of the many sunset. Weddings held on the sand directly below.

They’ll be a parking pass and wristbands waiting for you in the condo for during your stay.

We have a storage unit with beach necessities (beach chairs, umbrella, some toys). Extra parking is available in the Wyndham garage parking & outdoor parking provides ample space for guests.

Our indoor heated pool beautifully connects to our outdoor pool w/two hot tubs. Exercise classes are held in the indoor pool during the winter months. Fully equipped new fitness center facing the gulf.

The gift shop downstairs is absolutely amazing, having everything you can imagine at fair prices. Seascape Resorts has a par 70 6,100 yard 18 hole Championship golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball & onsite fishing at Stewart Lake. Bicycle rental, Yolo boards & more are available for rental on our Seascape property. Free bonfires on the beach on Monday & Friday nights.

All linens, are taken out and professionally laundered between each rental. All of the bedding is brand new this year and is changed every year.

Seascape Destin Town Center is at the back entrance of our Seascape resort property. Within easy walking distance you’ll find:

Wonderful stay on Miramar Beach

The five star review doesn’t tell the whole story but it’s a start. The condo was exactly as advertised and very convenient to all the listed amenities. The communication was simple and everything from the short walk down to the beach to the built in bunk beds for our kids were perfect for our stay. Thanks to Rick and Gail we will be back again!

The condo was perfect for us. The view is amazing and the amenities were great. My daughters especially enjoyed the custom bunkbeds. There really isn’t a thing I would change about the place.

Our favorite spot yet!

We stayed in a different condo last year at the Majestic sun, we stumbled upon this listing and thought we would give it a try. We came in late (1:30am) from our flight and couldn’t get the keypad to work. We called the owners and they picked right up and had us in the condo within seconds. Everything in the condo was very modernized. The bunkbeds was super comfy and the master bed was like sleeping on feathers. Small things included was your own personal parking spot in the basement garage. Along with a weatherproof shed in the parking spot that was full of beach chairs and an umbrella along with kids sand toys. We’re hoping to be able to book the condo again next year!

Great location and view!

We loved this condo! Well equipped and owner very responsive to any questions. Esp loved the balcony, comfy chairs on it? and view we had. Coffee shop was walking distance, beach right across street. Indoor outdoor pool and hot tub nice and clean.we will be back!

Week away from the rat race!

The condo was very nice and loved being able to park in the basement of the building so car was out of the sun and also not fighting for a parking spot. We were very impressed with the condo. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Loved being able to just walk out on the balcony and see the gulf coast. We were lucky enough to see a manatee swimming down the beach and people had no clue that it was even around.

Great week in Destin!

We had a great week in Destin that was made even better by the accommodations provided by Gail and Rick. So many great touches in the unit. Our boys loved the queen bed bunk beds with tvs, and we loved the direct view of the ocean. The 10th floor vantage point gave us wonderful views of the beach and also many dolphin sightings. Gail and Rick were great to work with and provided everything needed in the condo. We will be back!

Stop the horns

Loved the property conveniently located all around a great stay. I just dont understand all the horn blowing in front of the property by all the golf carts and little motorcycle seemed to be a problem if you wanted to go to bed at a decent time and did not see one cop car come by as all this was going on.

Just Perfect + Parking Space!

Gail is available and a delight to talk with. The condo was perfect, bunk beds huge and really a great idea on their part with multiple TVs. There were also many games and movies available. The condo is near the end of the building affording the guests better views east and west. I see no reason to look at other condos and will just look to book with these hosts in the future. Blessed to have been their guest.

Beautiful condo!

This condo was clean, fully equipped and well decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view! Balcony looked right onto beach and ocean. Our grand kids very much enjoyed the queen bunk beds! The owners, Rick and Gail, are wonderful! Gail is very quick responding to my text. Rick provided all info we needed prior to our arrival. We loved everything about this place and would definitely return. We highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Stay at Miramar Beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo in Miramar Beach. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The condo itself was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master shower's water pressure was amazing, and the overall amenities exceeded our expectations. The parking space in the garage is a really nice amenity. Even though you have to cross Scenic Gulf Drive to get to the beach, it truly is a short walk, and the 10th-floor view is spectacular. One note for future guests: one of the elevators in the building was out of service during our stay, which caused some delays during check-out. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon. Overall, we highly recommend this condo for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Miramar Beach. We look forward to returning in the future!

Our daughter Kelly & granddaughter, Raychel live nearby with our granddoggie, Murphy. With no children left at home we have two very spoiled fur babies, Molly & Angel. We owned a condo in Siesta Key, Fl for 7 yrs before purchasing this beautiful condo. We love being a part of the Seascape Community here at Majestic Sun. We have the white quartz sand cool beach, the Gulf of Mexico, an 18 hole golf course, tennis, incredible restaurants & so many things to do closeby. We hope you love it here as much as we do. We’re always available if you have a problem.
