Located on West Ruskin Street, Greenpeace is a popular family-friendly two-story beach cottage in the heart of Seaside, FL. The cottage is in a prime location - less than a block from the white-sand beach and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico and Seaside's town center. Seaside's town center is just one block away within walking distance to over 35 shops and dining options. The Seaside Amphitheater also just one block away offers weekly events and a Farmer's market every Saturday. Greenpeace is within easy walking distance to the beach access, just 115 feet or a 1-minute walk.
Upon arrival you have the added benefit of a private driveway with off street parking for two vehicles. A screened in porch runs the length of the front of the home and welcomes you with outdoor dining, a perfect hang out spot for family meals al fresco or a morning coffee spot. The open floor plan on the first level is warm and welcoming! Furnishings were recently updated including a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, large mounted flat screen TV, and comfortable chairs for plenty of seating. The adjacent dining area features a farm picnic table with bench seating and opens to a renovated kitchen. The renovated kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and is perfect for families to cook and stay connected while dining in.
Also on this first level you have the first bedroom, the generous primary king bedroom with ensuite renovated bathroom. The king primary has additional seating for two, plenty of storage, and a private large mounted flat screen TV. The ensuite renovated marble bathroom has dual vanities, plenty of storage, and a glass shower.
This sunny, window-filled home has two more bedrooms and a RENOVATED full bath upstairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a Queen-sized bed, flat screen mounted TV, large walk-in closet, and private access to the bathroom and outdoor porch. Also upstairs, a third bedroom features a recent custom built-in bunk with a queen down and a twin up, built in storage, dresser for more storage, and flat screen TV. This custom bunk room sleeps three in all and has access to the furnished outdoor porch with the same wonderful views. This open air porch runs the length of the front of the home with chaise Adirondack seating for two and an Adirondack rocker for one more, the perfect space to unwind with an evening cocktail.
When you're ready to explore, the town center offers something for everyone: from famous 30A Airstream row with over five gourmet trailers for food-to-go options, the gourmet grocery Modica Market, or the local book store Sun Dog Books. Do not forget to spend some time at the Seaside Spa for relaxing treatments or do absolutely nothing. A $275 pet cleaning supplement will be included in your booking fee.
