The Swizzle Inn, located in the newest Watercolor phase, The Crossings District, is the perfect home for one or two families! Owned by a family from Austin, TX and a family from Bermuda, they have a total of 4 kids (including twins) and the home is loaded with all amenities you need upon arrival with children.

Parking- There are 2 parking spots in the driveway which do not require a parking pass, and 2 parking passes are provided for parking throughout Watercolor. LSV's will require a full parking space.
The Swizzle Inn is located 4 houses from the Dragonfly Pool and the porch opens up to the Crossings large green space, making it a convenient location to walk to and from the pool all day and let the kids run outside and play without having to cross a street! The Swizzle Inn is also located .25 miles from the Publix shopping center and less than .5 from the soon-to-be-complete renovated Camp Watercolor.
Watercolor Amenities included with rental- Access to WaterColor’s Beach Club and Pools, Boathouse Pool, Dragonfly Pool, Frog Pool & Camp Watercolor pools and lazy river, Access to the WaterColor Tennis Center and Fitness club are available for use for an additional fee.
*Watercolor Amenity Construction Update - ALL construction has been completed! The Camp Watercolor pools, lazy river, restaurant/bar and playground have been completed. Pickle ball courts have been added at the tennis facility. The renovation of the beach club existing pool and the addition of 2 additional pools and decks of chairs and restaurant were completed May 12, 2020.
Cancellations will incur 3% credit card fee
While the home sleeps 12, we have a maximum of 10 guests at any time to keep our the Swizzle Inn in great condition. An accurate head count is required upon booking and may result in additional charges or a cancellation of the booking without refund. All guests over the age of 5 will require a wristband for entry of Watercolor amenities and a maximum of 10 wristbands will be issued per stay.
Effective March 1, 2026 we are now offering a golf cart with every rental through a long term lease we have with Electric Cart Company. This is included in your nightly price however you will need to sign their liability paperwork prior to obtaining the code. There are a few benefits of offering a cart through Electric Cart Company; they’re properly insured by commercial Insurance, which most homeowner who offer their personal cart are not. Additionally, they’re local and able to service the cart if needed during your stay. You will not need to go pick up the cart. It is kept at the home.
The property fees which are charged are required by the Watercolor HOA for guests renting each home. These fees give you access to all Watercolor amenities including the pools and beach club.
If you bring a dog it MUST be listed in your booking with VRBO and you must pay the additional pet fee to allow for an additional pet cleaning between guests. Damage by guests and/or pets are subject to additional charges.
