At the heart of the sands resort of Les Sables d'or les Pins, this spacious villa, completely refurbished in 2014-2015, will seduce you with its luxurious appointments and its harmonious contemporary decor and spa on the back terrace.

With family or friends, you will appreciate its privileged location: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, casino, golf.
Many hikes possible.
Your rental includes at r. d.c. entrance hall, living room with pinball and TV, kitchen (coffee makers and filter nespresso) 1 bedroom (1 bed 160X200) with TV, shower room (walk-in shower), WC.
Upstairs: beautiful relaxation area that can also accommodate a sleeping 2 people, 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (bath and toilet) each furnished with 2 beds of 90 can be twinned (on request)
