Villa Lambertiana is located in an idyllic, peaceful setting, a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful wild beaches in Erquy.

Ideal house for 2, 4, 6, 8 people and our dog and cat friends

2 bedrooms with double beds (including 1 with a baby bed), 1 bedroom with double bed on the open mezzanine, 1 children's bedroom with 2 single beds.

2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub

3 separate toilets

1 fully equipped kitchen open to the room

1 room 8 seats / living room with 2 armchairs, 2 sofas with 3 seats each and 1 pouffe

1 large screen tv with sound bar and free wifi internet

2 terraces with their garden furniture and a xxl plancha

1 reception hall with an equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer)

1 pool room with its cloakroom and 2 showers, one of which is outside

1 swimming pool 8.5m by 4.5m with a sliding dome. it's sunny, we open! it's cold we close! a big plus in BRITTANY. the children are delighted !!!

Amazingly wonderful views while walking along the coast . So many bays and beaches . The house was nice . Perfect bed , and bath and shower and toilets very clean as well !

Wonderful stay (again)

We've been at this house for a second time in a row and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids love the spacious pool (lots of equipment already there), the terrace next to it and the large garden to play in with the trampoline. The house itself is great for our family of six, very nice living room with the eating area plus large seating groups, the kitchen is also large enough to prep meals and the appliances work well. The sleeping area below is nice and cool, even when it gets really warm outside, but the fact that everything can be shaded is very helpful. We stayed for three weeks and the fact that the owners offered us a cleaning service at the half-time was very much appreciated! Already booked it again for next year and very much looking forward to it.

Tres bon séjour

Venus pour la semaine de Noël, le sapin nous attendait avec des décorations, encore merci !!!! Propriétaires disponibles, accueillants et très sympathiques. Un panier gourmand nous a egalement été offert pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Maison chaleureuse avec le sauna finlandais en bonus pour nous réchauffer. La maison est vraiment proche de la plage de saint pabu, très appreciable pour des balades sur la plage, même en hiver. A savoir, la maison comporte plusieurs marches : de l'entrée, il fait descendre pour aller aux chambres, ou bien monter pour aller au salon-cuisine, et un escalier en colimaçon pour la chambre en mezzanine. Mais cela fait de l'exercice 😁

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse agréable situé à la campagne mais tout prêt de l'océan.Tres bonne communication avec les propriétaires.Il ne manquait rien ,la piscine et le sauna ont été très appréciés,la proximité de tout,le calme et les petites attentions du propriétaire ,tout était top. Même le soleil était au rendez vous.Nous recommandons vivement cette location.Merci à vous.

Relaxing stay

We loved this villa, the location was peaceful, tranquil and calm. We were a family of 7 so appreciated the space and excellent family living space. The pool was really good, though thought the steps could maybe have some markers on so you could see them more clearly. We needed to contact the owner Pierre only once and he was super helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this property to anyone as it was a perfect stay.
