Apartments Villa Ari are ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Parking is available on site, reservation required, daily parking fee is 20€.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.
This three-bedroom apartment features air-conditioning, free WiFi, and furnished balcony overlooking famous Old Town of Dubrovnik and Adriatic Sea. It has three bedrooms, living room with flat-screen SAT TV and sitting area, dining area, as well as kitchen fitted with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. The apartment has two private bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Hair-dryer is also provided.

Great location and view

We extended our stay in Dubrovnik to see more sites. This apartment is only 15 walk to old town. Plus the #8 bus stops just steps from the door. Great sea view.

We loved our stay here.The location is fabulous. It's close to the beach, the amenities (super markets etc.) and of course to the Old Town.The apartments itself is spacious, with three really good sized bedrooms (double beds in each room with lots of storage) and two bathrooms.The living space is a really good size, so there is plenty of space for the family to cook, eat and relax.I should mention the balcony of course! The views are to die for! The balcony is very spacious and there is more than enough space for the family to sit and eat.Overall, this get's a "highly recommended / two thumbs up" rating.

Quaint house in great location

The house is a quaint, clean and beautifully renovated. 3 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen so it was easy making a full breakfast. Location is perfect for us as it was an easy walk to several good restaurants. We prefer to be out of the touristy part. And it was only 7 mins drive into town/port Montenegro. The water is right in front of the house.There is a neighbourly restaurant right next door, owned by a friendly guy and it was good for a last minute food option.Communication was great and fast when we had any queries. Friendly and approachable owner and well-managed locally.Overall, a great stay and we would recommend the stay.

The apartment is wonderful and the air conditioner worked great! (It was extremely hot while we were there and we really appreciated the air conditioning). There is a wonderful view and the location is fantastic. My only complaint is that the communication with "the host" is really through a third party that doesn't really have enough detail to help. We were given instructions about finding the apartment that turned out to be misleading/confusing. Luckily when we finally found the apartment, the person responsible for cleaning let us in and was very friendly. He even gave us a bottle of chilled wine. I definitely recommend staying here!

Villa Ari was an amazing place to stay. This 3-bed, 2 bath apartment is located 20 minutes walking away from old town and the city walls. You could have 7 people stay comfortably in the 3 double beds and futon couch in the living room. Both bathroom showers had great water pressure and there was a small washing machine that we were able to stick a couple loads of sweaty clothes in. Our host was also kind enough to buy us 3 big water bottles and leave them in the fridge, which was heaven after coming off of an international flight. There is also a public beach nearby (but down A LOT of stairs) which was great to cool off at after walking around old town for the day. We would definitely stay again if we are back in Dubrovnik in the future!
