EXTERIOR: This independent villa, built on an inclined plot of about 520m2, has a well-kept garden, with several terraces of different levels, both covered and uncovered. The pool area is at the level of the ground floor and there is a nice barbecue area on a lower level. There is space enough to park three vehicles inside the plot.

LOCATION: It is located in the Montemar neighbourhood, Benissa, 2.7 km from the Mediterranean Sea and the magnificent coves with crystal clear waters.
