We had an excellent stay at this house. Lee is an amazing host. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lee recommended very good restaurants and gave us lots of ideas where we could go to during our 3 week vacation. Within a 30 minute walk we reached the beach and the promenade of Calpe with all the bars, restaurants and shops. The little supermarket was just a few minutes walk away and offered everything for our daily need. Just within a few minutes by car (or by bike) were bigger supermarkets.The outdoor space with the pool and the barbecue was great to relax.We really recommend this house and I‘m sure that we will come back one time.

Three weeks is the perfect amount of time to really get to know Calpe without rushing, and it sounds like you made the most of it the pool, and the local restaurants that I recommend still got lots more thing to and see for you to cross of your next list. Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa was just as seen on the listing and was tidy and clean when we arrived. The host was easy to reach if we had any questions. The villa is in a lovley location but is a 30min walk to the main town of Calpe but taxi services helped a lot ! Only two rooms had air con so definitely something to consider but apart from that we had the best time :)

The host was very good and welcoming. He spent the time to go through everything with us. The welcome pack was unexpected and was very generous. Gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and cleaning products all provided. He allowed us to use the pool even though it usually closes October and cleaned it for us to use. The villa is spacious, with a very comfortable bed in the en-suite room. Very dog friendly and excellent BBQ area.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean throughout, with thoughtful touches that made our arrival feel especially welcoming — welcome pack was such a nice surprise!The owner was excellent with communication both before and during our stay. He provided fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets which delivered to the villa.The villa’s large pool area was a definite highlight — spacious and perfect for the kids to have fun and for relaxing in the sun. We especially loved the amazing outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, and appreciated that shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in all of the bathrooms. If we had one small piece of feedback, it would be the lack of comfortable outdoor seating for morning coffees or evening chats. We passed this on to the owner, who was receptive and open to suggestions.Overall, a truly enjoyable experience.

Had a lovely stay at this villa,pool is lovely,kitchen has everything you need,TV allows Netflix and you tube for a good choice of channels,managed to watch England play even if it was with Spanish commentary,a walk to the beach is a good 30 minutesThe outside area is lacking a bit of tlc the ha dle to outside toilet came off also the gate entry handle came off the steps of the pool have quite a lot of missing tiles, and we had to fix both parasols,to make them usable, the large one we were unable to fix, but this may all be attributed by the high winds we experienced,blowing them over on many occasions,areas of the garden just needed a good tidy,but all this did not detract from us having a fantastic holiday,the host is very friendly Restaurants worth mentioning are le casa,Indian curry house on the beach front is fab and very reasonable priced 3 courses for 15-99, restaurant zafira,, and a fantastic Italian called Amalfi all are very reasonable priced I would book this holiday again

We hebben genoten van het mooie huis met zicht op de Peñón de Ifach. Het zwembad, de ligbedjes en parasols zijn perfect! Met 5 minuten rijden ben je in het levendige centrum van Calpe en de boulevard. De gastheer was zeer behulpzaam en attent.

Das Haus war einfach perfekt. Der perfekte Mix aus spanischem Stil und moderner Einrichtung. Die Lage ist super und auch die Austattung perfekt. Selbst in den Duschen war überall Duschgel und Shampoo vorhanden, wie im Hotel. Die Kommuniksgion mit Lee war hervorragend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 👍😊

El trato excelente con Alexander y mos ayudo en todo momento volveria a repetir, la casa es muy comoda y l piscina excelente pasamos alli mucho tiempo Recomendación: la hora de salida me parevio muy temprano si se saldria a las 12:00 seria genial

Villa perfecta para unos dias de relajación o mas

La villa esta en perfecto estado y es muy acogedora, tiene el espacio perfecto para que se pueda convivir perfectamente y al llegar la encontramos en perfectas condiciones. La barbacoa es un puntazo a favor y la relativa cercania con la playa y el paseo maritimo tambien se agradecen. Lee es un anfitrion fenomenal y lo recomiendo al 100%

Lo mejor fue la Piscina VERDE los 4 días del puente, ( no pudimos usarla) y sin ninguna solución por parte del propietario,,, entre otras,,, necesita Mantenimiento "URGENTE"

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa con su piscina y barbacoa. La casa bien situada y a cinco minutos del centro y de los supermercados. Es más que probable que repitamos otro año.

Una estancia muy acogedora. Lee estuvo en todo momento en contacto con nosotras y se ocupó de que todo estuviera bien. Nos encontramos con que la casa estaba reformada y hacía mucho calor pero el aire acondicionado lo solucionó todo. Para repetir!!!!!

Buenas vacaciones

La zona exterior lo mejor, en la casa hace algo de calor por las cristaleras pero hay ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, en la habitación principal aire acondicionado, faltaría quizá uno en el salón. El trato con el propietario excepcional, en cuanto surge cualquier cosa viene rapidísimo. En general muy bien todo.
