Tranquil Setting in Clwydian Mountains, bridle path direct from garden offering wide variety of off road trails suitable for horses, walkers & mountain bikes.

Access to both Clwydian Mountain range & Offas Dyke.
Bring your own horse, Equestrian Facilities & Equipilates, private training available by separate booking direct with owner.

Private setting with owners on site in separate Farmhouse, very picturesque with lots of wildlife & wonderful trails available.
Crafts & Antiques Centre less than 1 mile away hosting good homemade food.

Set 8 miles from Denbigh, Mold & Holywell lots of choice for shopping & local amenities in 3 miles.

Cottage comprises of open vertitile Living space, Kitchen, 2 x Bedrooms & Ensuite to Master & WC to Porch for 2nd Bedroom.

Garden Woodfired Hottub to soak & relax, table & chairs plus access to enclosed paddock area for dogs etc.

We have 4 horses & an old English sheepdog who also lives on the farm.
