This little gem has been completely remodeled! It is better than before with quartz countertops, new kitchen cabinets and flooring. The unit is very spacious with 2 master suites which include king size beds w/ private baths. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. There is also a queen size air mattress for extra sleeping room. The open kitchen, dining room and family room is great for family entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities needed to enjoy your vacation. There are tvs in both master bedrooms and the family room. The oversized balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom and the family room. Summerhouse also has a HEATED pool, hot tub and sauna. You can be on the white sandy beaches of Mexico Beach in less than 2 minutes from your door! There is also covered reserved parking. The common area has 2 charcoal grills for guests use.

We enjoyed our stay! It is steps from the beautiful beach. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. 100% LOVED that there are carts beside the elevator to help you carry your things up with ease.

We had a great stay. The property was amazing. It was spacious and the layout worked well for our family. Conveniently located near Panama City, we were not overwhelmed with traffic or tourists. It was close enough we could go shopping and eating with ease.

My family has been traveling to Mexico Beach for several years. This year was our rental was the perfect location with easy access to the beach. We had a minor issue come up and the property owner was very quick in her communication back to me. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We loved the unit. Very roomy and cozy. Kitchen is stocked with necessary tools for cooking on vacation. Beds were comfortable. Large bathrooms were nice. We had 7 ladies for our stay. We want to come back to Mexico Beach and stay in this unit again!

Great Getaway!

Everything was super clean and the blow up queen mattress was brand new!! Easy to use! Plenty of plates and silverware! The fridge, stove, oven, etc was all clean! Washer and dryer were big and great for our family to use! The layout of the condo was perfect with plenty of living space available! The access to the beach was perfect! So easy! The parking spot was great and easy to use as well. Pool and hot tub were open in March, which was great for the overcast day! They had everything you need to stay comfortably! We would go back again!

Perfect spot

We usually stay on the beach. This year we decided to try across the street. Easy crossing. There is a space to pull up and unload, which is very close to the elevator. Communication with Roxanne (when I had a question) was very easy. The unit was not crowded. We had the pool to ourselves. There was no shade at the pool. No umbrellas or tables, but that was okay. View was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mexico Beach

I rented Peaceful and Quiet Vacation Spot to spend spring break with my daughter, granddaughter, and grandsons. It certainly was quiet and peaceful! I was a little nervous about being across the road from the beach, however, the view from our balcony was beautiful and it was not difficult to cross the street to the beach. The beach was perfect and not crowded at all. Everyone was nice and respectful. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was also a plus to have a heated pool when the weather was a little cool. Roxanne was very quick to respond and very helpful when I had questions. I would definitely rent this condo again! Highly recommend! No complaints!

Beware!

Just wanted to make anyone looking at this property aware that it is on the highway (98) not on the beach. I mean it’s almost literally on the road. We were awaken to traffic every single morning by 6:30am. (Not my best idea of a vacation). Your balcony view is the road, a giant power pole, a construction site, then some of the ocean at a distance. No ocean sound, (without walking to the beach) only traffic. I mention this in review because I was duped into thinking it was on the beach by the creatively taken photos and the fact that I used the beachfront filter on VRBO. I’ll definitely be wary the next time. Again… the road and lack of a nice view in this unit is definitely a HUGE negative. With the price I paid… I didn’t expect a road view. Now for the positives! Beautifully decorated unit with everything you need. Nice owner and friendly neighbors in the condo building. A bayou style pond in the back (we saw an alligator in it) and reports of BEARS in the area (kids loved that part)… lol. The unit itself is nice, but in my opinion overpriced since it’s on top of the busy road. Just a note-Mexico Beach as a whole is a large construction zone these days, but the beach was still gorgeous. Pay a little more and get that beachfront place (that I thought I booked) , it puts the traffic and construction behind you and the beautiful part in front. Tip-Delicious food at the Shipwreck Bar and Grill!

I am so sorry you felt you were "duped". Honesty and integrity are two of the most important things to me and my family. I went back to make sure my photos did not reflect something the unit was not. In Mexico Beach, 90% of the condos are on the opposite side of Highway 98 which means its very hard to get a unit on the beach. In our previous communication, you had vacationed in the area previously and I assumed you were aware of that. Again, I apologize. I've never had anyone complain about these items. Most renters love the easy access to the beach, pool and elevator. I have no control over the construction in the area. I am so thankful our little town is coming back so strong. The hurricane devastated many people and it will take time to build back. As I have told some many people, you can't take away the beautiful beaches, relaxing ocean and unbelievable sunsets! Again, I am very sorry if you felt we misrepresented our unit that is definitely not our intention.

Loved it!

This unit was perfect for our family - 3 adults (parents, 1 grandparent) and 3 kiddos. It was in great condition and Roxanne was so easy to deal with and kind. The beds were comfortable and we were also comfortable temperature wise. I was hesitant about walking across the street but it really wasn’t that bad. I forgot how wonderful Mexico Beach is as it has been about 15 years since my last visit. Would stay here again if we make it back down!

Great family vacay

Very nice and large condo. Plenty of space for our family of seven. Well stocked with kitchen ware, towels, and linens. Even starters for soap, dish soap and paper towels. Nice view of the beach from the large balcony. It was much quieter than our stays in Panama City Beach. Pool was not overcrowded and clean. Loved how clean everything was in the condo. My only complaint is there wasn’t an iron or ironing board. Most condos we have stayed in have this available. But the dryer worked good to get the wrinkles out!

Mayberry on the Gulf

If you’re looking for a laid back vibe with a small town feel then Mexico Beach is the place for you. Roxanne is a great property host.The beach & sunsets (right across Hwy 98) are amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
