Enjoy the best of condo living at Summerhouse in Mexico Beach. This 2BR/2BA condo, unit 102, sleeps 6 and has an open floor plan that makes it enjoyable to spend time with your family. The gorgeous gulf views from the balcony cannot be beaten! You can hear, see and smell the saltwater and enjoy beautiful sunsets. There is a private boardwalk leading to the beach with an outdoor shower. You will have your toes in the sand in 200 steps!

The Summerhouse Condominiums offer amenities unique to only this building in Mexico Beach. There is a community heated pool (November - April) and a hot tub on the second floor of the building, as well as a year-round wood sauna. The elevated pool deck allows for beautiful views of the beach. On the ground floor on the canal side of the building are outdoor grilling areas and dining tables for Summerhouse guests.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed with a pillowtop mattress. The attached bathroom has a large garden tub and shower. It has a smart TV, an extra-large closet, and views of the canal. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, more views of the canal, and a spacious closet. The hallway has built-in bunk beds and each bunk has a smart plug for phones and tablets. This is a favorite spot for the kids! There is a shared hall bath with a stand-up shower.

There is a new front loader washer/dryer in the laundry closet. The open living/kitchen includes four barstools for bar seating, a dining area, and a gulf-view living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The balcony with those amazing views will be your favorite spot - it has two Adirondack chairs and a large dining table. There is a large smart TV and board games for the family; lots of extra blankets and two cozy sitting areas.

We want our beachside retreat to be your home away from home while you are visiting so we've taken care to stock it with all the things you would need to be comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We provide travel-size toiletries, towels for each guest, beach towels for your use, two beach chairs, 2 coffee pots, and much more!

Please note: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis, or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from any balcony or leave items in the hallways (this is a Florida state law). Pets and smoking are not allowed. The primary renter must be 25 or older and stay on-premises for the entire stay.
