My mother and I stayed in Johanne’s place for a week long mother-daughter trip and loved it. It was the perfect location and size for our needs and we really loved how close by so many great restaurants it was.

Apartment is charming, surrounded by other lovely old buildings. Beds are very comfortable with warm duvets/pillows - we had a great sleep. Host was very helpful on a number of issues as we navigated arrival/departure. Tiny, Euro-sized standing shower/bathroom combo.

Lovely apartment, centrally situated, very handy for the main station, metro, buses, cafes, bakeries etc. Very clean and well appointed. Several flights of stairs could be a slight issue for some. Although we didn't meet Johanne, she was very helpful and Antonio, who checked us in and helped when we left, looked after us really well.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Johanne is a great host. She is very responsive and has the apartment set up to be cozy and comfortable. The bed was snuggly and the kitchen well-stocked. The living area has a couch and small dining table. Large windows in every room allow natural light to stream in, even on rainy days, and they open for a great cross breeze. There are several flights of stairs, so do keep that in mind if someone has mobility issues.The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Central Station and the Metro. Many popular attractions, such as Tivoli Gardens, are close, also. There are a crazy number of good restaurants within a block or two. It really is a great location.

Johanne’s flat is cheerful, bright and full of character - a typical old Copenhagen apartment equipped with almost everything you’d require (no dishwasher but not a big deal for us) and a great location to explore the city (perhaps 800 metres from the central station and within walking distance to many attractions). The only drawback for families like ours used to getting to bed early, are the lively street sounds (revellers and bands, etc) that can continue into the wee hours. But on the whole we had a terrific stay. Thanks again, Johanne.

The apartment was the perfect set up for the two of us and Johanne was quick to respond to questions. It was cozy and comfortable. Check-in was convenient as the keys were left at the corner store in my name. The location is convenient to the Central Station. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. Great stay!!!

Johanne was a great host and communicated very well. The three of us were very comfortable. The apartment is larger than it appeared in the photos and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed, shower and kitchen were all great. The area is full of good restaurants and convenient for grocery stores and access to metro and trains and walking distance to the harbour and many of the wonderful sights of Copenhagen. The three flights of stairs up to the apartment might be a bit steep if you have any mobility issues.

We really enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen! Johanne was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. She was kind enough to let us drop our bags off early which we really appreciated. The apartment was very clean and great for three people!

Cosy little spot with lots of quirky touches. Very cental which made it easy to explore the city. Lots of stairs so wouldnt be ideal for anyone with mobility issues but that didnt affect us. We had a great time and felt at home

Such a charming apartment! My daughter & I spent a weekend in March in Copenhagen, hoping to embrace the hygge. Johanne's place was perfect for that. From the basket of candles, the simple, comfortable furniture and well-equipped kitchen to the subtle, warm artwork (some original) and accents, there is a wonderful feel to the whole environment. The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby without being in the main touristy areas. The train station is a short walk away. You will be happy here!
