View over the Golf course on the ground floor and has a spacious garden both in front and behind. 2 large bedrooms, 1 with an on-suite bathroom. The spacious living room with fireplace has a great view and a light layout. A mosquito door available in the bedroom. This apartment is the luxury 2 bedroom version on Balaia Golf. A fully equipped kitchen with washer / dryer and dishwasher. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
