Overall a great stay at this property. All was as described and the facility was well equipped. Nice sea view from the large balcony which had full sun for most of the day. Norman was a great host and provided all the information to facilitate our stay.

Lovely holiday

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in Norman's apartment. The apartment itself has everything you could need for a comfortable self-catering holiday but due to its proximity to the little resort (literally 2 minutes) it is just as easy to eat out at the many and varied restaurants in the area. The views are lovely from the apartment and the pool area is such a bonus and never got too busy whilst we were there. In all a little gem and we will be going back !

Gorgeous views

This apartment has a fabulous terrace with its own sunloungers and plenty of space. It offers stunning views over the pool, to the beach and up the coast. It is very well equipped to make your apartment a temporary home from home. The lift in this block makes the apartment ideal for those of limited mobility. It enables easy acccess to the beach and also an easy walk to the facilities at the higher part of Olhos de Agua.

Olhors Dr Agua

The apartment was very good, plenty of space on the balcony, ideal spot although the balcony lost the sun at about 3.30. Not enough beds around the pool was a bit of a pain. But overall, a good apartment on a nice spot.

Thanks for review and glad you enjoyed the apartment. In regards to lack of sun beds around the pool this is down to the management of the condominium and have passed your comments onto them. Again thanks for choosing my apartment and hope we see you again.

Home in the sun

This is our second stay at this apartment and yet again it was an excellent choice. All you need is in the apartment including washing machine and dishwasher, and internet connection. A large balcony is there for you to enjoy the sea view and to bask in the sunshine. There is a communal swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds so there is no need to get there first in the morning for the best spot! The owner of this beautiful apartment is always contactable if you have any issues (which we had none!) with plenty of advice regarding places to go and car rental etc.

Algarve March 2024

This unit was PERFECT It is in an excellent location. We had a rental car, so it had secure underground parking. The unit has everything you need. The LARGE balcony is especially good as it has lots of room for lounges, chairs table, umbrella etc. We are particularly fussy about having a good mattress, and this one met all the demands. The host Norman was excellent and pro - active. Quick to respond to Emails We will definitely come back to this unit.

The apartment was well appointed with good facilities and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and shower great. We could not fault the interior. The balcony was spacious providing all you would want for relaxing, sunbathing or dining. Parking with lift access to apartment was welcomed when returning from a day on the beach, sightseeing or shopping. The communal pool was kept clean and had ample sun beds.Unfortunately what had the potential to be a 5 star review was negated by outside factors which made relaxation impossible. The major issue was noise. We had three nights of tranquillity which were fabulous and we were initially able to sleep with the doors open. Neighbours to the left, above and below absolutely no issues. Then a group of young women arrived to the right. The description and photos does not make clear that there are two patio doors leading from that apartment onto a small patio adjoined to our patio. There is no privacy screening between. The occupants were very noisy into the early hours, when they were quiet this usually came with a 5/6 am post club wake up. I am not adverse to people having fun but this was too much and I finally asked them politely to keep it down on two occasions after several disturbed nights. This was coupled with ten days of noisy and dusty building works two floors above that started at 7/8am every morning to 5/6pm. Use of the balcony was untenable and forced us remain inside when home. Not what we expected to be doing on holiday.

Thanks for positive review of apartment and I can only apologise for 3rd party noise. This would have annoyed me also. Had I known I would have contacted owner which usually has more effect. Building works also, this should be notified to condominium management before start of any works and ideally done in Winter. Again I can only apologise. Norman

Lovely apartment

We stayed august 2022 for a week in this lovely apartment. The pool area was lovely, everything was great. Everything we needed was there. The air con worked well and we got English tv. We did have a little problem with the lift. I am disabled and can’t manage stairs. We could get the lift down from the apartment easily. But at the end of the night 11pm ish. we couldn’t get it to take us back up to 0 (our floor). So one night my husband left me in the lift and decided to go up the stairs to our floor and call the lift from there(bringing me up to our floor). I felt the lift just jolt and move a tiny bit and then stop. None of the buttons would work and I was stuck in the lift on my mobility scooter. The old man in the car park office didn’t know what to do except phone the fire brigade. They promptly arrived after about 30 mins and rescued me. They were really friendly blokes and it was a relief to see them, so being rescued by firemen is a tick off my bucket list lol. We didn’t use the lift again at night to come up we decided to walk around the building up quite a steep incline. But we didn’t let this didn’t spoil our holiday at all and we would stay at Normans apartment again as it was so nice. The little town was enough for us, plenty of eateries a lovely beach and lots of sunshine. We will be back, thank you Norman x
