this villa have 5 bed rooms 4 with private bathroom , note that 1 bed room with private bathroom (ensuite) is on the garage level together with the gym with window, all the divisions will have AC + we do have 2 extra single beds that you can place it anywhere when you are MAXIMUM with 12 persons!

We had an amzing stay, the villa was very well presented, just like advertised. The kids loved the open space and heated pool. The location is great, just a short uber ride from Albufeira old town and beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning villa . The views were stunning,it was very easy to get around using Uber. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and Carlos was extremely friendly and helpful when he came by the following morning.There are a few areas that could be improved. Some pool tiles are missing and would benefit from being replaced, as one member of our group unfortunately cut their foot. The kitchen could also do with a few more baking trays, as there weren’t enough for our needs as we were a large group of 11. The fridge door handle becomes quite hot when the cooker is in use, which may need looking into.Overall, this is a lovely villa in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Arrived early morning way before the 4pm check in. Host allowed us to leave luggage and villa was ready by midday. There’s 2 supermarket’s at the bottom of a steep hill both with cafes. The fitter of the bunch were able to walk back up but an Uber was required for some. We used Ubers to get about, there’s a Aldi and Lidl for a bigger shop, We had no issues for 11 of us getting Ubers we ordered 2 each time . Villa was peaceful only issue we had was finding how to work the oven and trying to get food out with no oven gloves or oven trays. A few searches on ChatGPT we got there then found a box of Instructions above the cupboards between kitchen and utility, This helped massively. Dish washer and washing machine excellent. U can change cycle times as we had dishwasher on for 4 hours first night accidentally . Hairdryer decent. Towels available for pool. Rower in gym was fab treadmill and stepper not great. We also had a few issues with ants but spray available and worked wonders. Rooms clean. Plenty beds at poolside. Outdoor furniture a bit dated. I would def recommend this villa if you want a relaxed holiday. Pavements around area a bit dubious. Again you can access Ubers very easily roughly 4-8 euro depending on where you are going. Brilliant holiday

The bed matresses are heavily stained. No clean linens left out to enable us to change them.For a 12 night stay I would of expected a cleaner at least once or sufficient cleaning chemicals to be supplied.TV extremely quiet which was disappointing for elderly parents Cooker is worn making the dials impossible to read and understand it's functionsFridges froze lots of foods despite turning down temperature.Sun beds.. one broke indicating it is old and perished This villa needs some maintenance and renewing mattresses to make it good.

thank you for your comment really appreciate , but you should know in advance that you don’t have any mid stay clean in 12 night stay for the fridge that why we do have 2 in the kitchen, in regard to the bed linen if that had stains why you dint contact us as you did before? thank you kind regards Isabel

First Time In Portugal!

This house was amazing for our many guests and we were all able to get our own beds and have plenty of room in the villa. The hosts were amazing and made contact easy.

Fantastic well placed Villa

The pictures don’t really do this place justice. Amazing villa at this price point. Location was incredible. €6 Uber in to old town. Pool is large and plenty of space outside with BBQ. We had a large 12 person group and it could not have been better

Great villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Pool and property are great for a few families staying together. The marina is wonderful for families with arcades, bowling and bars this cost us €4.50 in an uber each way. We did have cars but as ubers are cheap and everything is around 5 to 10 minutes away you could get by on taxis. You'd just need to factor in your airport runs. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

10 in our party ages from 15-66 years and we all had a wonderful time. The supermarket was down the hill which would have been easier with a car but the younger ones managed it.

Fabulous Villa Holiday

I and My family have stayed in a lot of villas over the years We have been coming to the Algarve. However Vill Carmen is by far the best one We have stayed in and was just like the description said . We used the transfers that the host suggested to and from the airport and again excellent service. And 2 small problems were sorted in less than an hour again fantastic service I would not hesitate to book with them again cannot praise them enough. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Lovely Villa. Great Location. Had a great stay.

We stayed in June 2023 as a family of adults (9 people). The villa was ideal for us and is a good size. The pool area is really nice and very private. We were amazed at how quiet it was and it was not overlooked by other properties. The air conditioning at the villa was a godsend as temperatures reached 38 degrees for a couple of days when we were there. There is a great games/fitness room on the lower ground floor. I would recommend a small car for running to and from local supermarket which is at the bottom of a steep hill and takes about 10/15 minutes to get to. Other than that, Ubers are great in the area, they usually arrive within 5 minutes and can take you down to the Marina for about 4 Euros and the Beach for about 7 Euros.

Lovely villa

We stayed for two weeks in August, 3 families with teenagers, the villa is only really suitable for 10 people but has plenty of space and brilliant outdoor areas including the pool to enjoy. Very quiet and a bit too hot to walk very far so we used our cars a lot. Some lovely local places to eat and the closest beaches are just glorious. Albuferia old town and the marina just too loud and ‘British’ for us. Overcrowded and nothing about Portugal at all. We explored the coast and found some lovely places a little further afield. The villa does need a few additions to the kitchen equipment, some sharp knives, more mugs and some decent sized baking dishes for cooking at home. Carlos who met us to hand over the keys is fantastic and we were so grateful to both him and Isabel for allowing us to stay on our check out day as no one else was arriving that day. What a lovely treat. Late August does get very chilly in the morning and the evening but still very hot in the day.

The villa is lovely, clean and spacious for all 10 of our party. Uber or driving would be essential as there is a couple of shops but down a busy road with no sidewalk. Isabel was very helpful, would recommend this lovely quiet and private villa to any family.

Lovely pool area 12 of us had such a good time in the pool, lovely barbecue area the view from the upstairs balcony is gorgeous great watching the sun go down wood recommend this villa communication with Isabel was Great she even organised our transfers which was brilliant. We got uber taxis to old town around 6 euros there is a shop about a 15 minute walk we got a Uber back up to the villa because there is a hill which is very steep to get back up to the villa

Super relaxed verblijf in ruime villa

We verbleven een week met twee gezinnen, kids tussen 11 en 21 jaar. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd. Was wel nodig zo in het voorjaar. De villa is ruim opgezet, genoeg badkamers, alle keukengerei ruim voldoende aanwezig, buitenbarbeque hebben we diverse keren gebruikt. We hebben genoten. Zou er zo weer naartoe gaan.

Amazing

We are just home from 11 nights with our families ages 4-73 and everyone had the best holiday. The villa is even better in real life. We had three families there and there was plenty of room for everyone with lots to keep the children entertained. Isabel was amazing to deal with when booking and when we were there. There is a lidi few minutes in a taxi so we were able to get a big shop in and bbq etc, there is also a supermarket about 15 min walk away. We used Uber anytime were were going somewhere it was €4 to the marina and €7 to the old town we preferred the marina as it was more for families and lovely restaurants. We holiday in Portugal every year and hope to return to this villa as it was just amazing
