Beautiful condo with everything you could need. The owner was great at communicating when I had any questions prior to and upon our arrival. The only negative for this property is possibly the need for a map that illustrates where to park. Should be easy enough with google maps. The owner was kind and had to face time with us live while directing but he did everything he could to help. Thank you!
Due to a reservation error not of his making, Ramey was faced with an impossible situation - accommodating two different groups at once. His communication, negotiation and flexibility turned the impossible into a win where both groups kept their reservations and didn't lose their trips!
I can't thank Ramey enough for working with us to make it all work somehow, and only his care and commitment averted disaster. The apartments were immaculate, but even better was the care and follow up we received!
If you stay with these Hosts, they will always work with you to make your stay excellent, even when the powers that be say they don't have to. Highly recommended!
Great location close to University of Alberta, near the river valley. Spacious and comfortable townhouse, good manager. Parking on street, sometimes tricky, but generally fine.
Second time staying here. Would stay here again. Close to university, rapid transit, and Whyte Avenue. Safeway two blocks away. Chandelier over dining room table was broken before our arrival (proprietor informed us) - would’ve been nice to have the additional light, but it will be fixed by next guest, I imagine. The pads on the wood stairs near the front door were loose posing a fall risk, but we took each step carefully and it was ok. Again, I imagine they will be better fastened for the next guests. Fully equipped kitchen with even some condiments in the fridge. Would have liked a couple of keurig coffee pods for the first morning for the keurig machine, but the store is close so able to pick up groceries easily. A fine place to stay while in Edmonton. Would recommend it.
Overall we were very pleased with the property, it was clean and comfortable and just by the University, so very convenient for us as we settled out son into his halls of residence.
We arrived later than planned from the airport and the owner was very helpful in letting a friend have temporary access to drop off shopping for us. The owner was very helpful also when we found mastering the access code for the door a bit difficult.
We wanted to be self-catering and this required some lateral thinking due to there not quite being enough cutlery and dishes. This would not be a problem for those wanting to eat out more, or those travelling by car and able to bring dishes with them.
There is a supermarket within walking distance and plenty of local restaurants and other interesting shops on Whyte Avenue. We would certainly recommend this as a place to stay for its convenience, comfort and locality.
