Charming property in a lovely area in Costa Rei. Beautiful views over the sea, out to the cape.
We had a great time staying in Costa Rei. The house was basic, clean and functional and suited our needs for a good 'base'. The owner, Elena, was very friendly and welcoming and provided us with some great local information.

Ideal zum Entspannen
Toll an der Wohnung ist die ruhige Lage auf einer Anhöhe mit schöner Aussicht Richtung Meer. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Gutes Ferienhaus in Laufnähe zum Strand
Gutes Ferienhaus am Strand. Objekt entspricht den Bildern. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Mückennetze an allen Fenstern. Auch ein Geschirrspüler war vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind gut, die Wohnung war sauber. Auf der Terrasse ist es auch mittags gut auszuhalten. Zum Strand und zum Supermarkt ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Etwas verunsichernd sind die ganzen Regeln, die Elena gleich bei der Begrüßung übermittelt. Auch ist ein Vertrag in italienischer Sprache zu unterschreiben. Elena möchte, dass das Haus am Ende geputzt übergeben wird. Dies ergibt sich so aus der Beschreibung nicht.

Super Urlaub am Meer
Sehr schöner Garten mit viel Ausruhmöglichkeiten in den heissen Mittagsstunden, sehr großzügige Terasse mit Liegen und Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirm mit Ständer für den Strand durften wir benutzen. Sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten wir insgesamt, die praktische Gartendusche eine Wohltat nach dem Strand. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Garten und viel Strandspielzeug stand zur Verfügung. Vielen lieben Dank an Elena, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat 😘. Supermarkt und Rosticceria auf dem Weg zum Strand kann man nur empfehlen , alles hat super geschmeckt. Pizzeria Mirragio mit Pool hatten wir zu spät entdeckt, nur 1x gegessen und 1x Pizza mitgenommen,aber Klasse !Kurzer Fussspaziergang der Straße entlang nach oben und ist man dran, Parkplätze auch genug. Insgesamt schöner Urlaub, sehr begeistert !

Grüne Oase
Im Hochsommer genossen wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern unsere Ferien in diesem wundervollen Haus. Als wir ankamen, waren wir hoch erfreut zu sehen, dass das Grün und die Blüten aus den Fotos uns auch im Sommer im Garten umgaben. Täglich erfreuten wir uns auf der vergleichsweise kühlen Terasse während der ansonsten glühend heißen Mittagsstunden. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht ist zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön. Die großartige Gastgeberin empfing uns herzlich; Obst, Wein und Wasser standen zum Empfang bereit. Wir fühlten uns durchgehend in diesem sauberen, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattetem Haus wohl. Highlights sind der Garten und die Lage zum Markt, Strand und den wichtigsten Geschäften. Ganz, ganz herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Ideales Familiendomizil, hervorragend
Alle Angaben stimmen voll mit dem vorgefundenen Objekt überein. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Elena hat uns sehr liebevoll und engagiert empfangen. Unkompliziert, jederzeit erreichbar und eine ganz liebe Überraschung als Begrüssung. Das Haus ist für eine mehrköpfige Familie absolut bequem und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zwar nicht alles benutzt, aber das ist ja nun jedem selbst überlassen. Die entfernung zum Strand kann mit kleinen Kindern problemlos bewältigt werden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut vorhanden und selbst die Pizzeria war jederzeit erreichbar. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten
Wir waren vom 22.08.bis 02.09.2016 zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) im wundervollen Haus von Elena. Die abgebildeten Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Wahrheit, wir waren total begeistert vom tollen Haus und dem wundervollen Garten. Der Garten geht über 3 Terassen, hat 2 Aussenduschen, einen festen Grill und wunderschöne Pflanzen.Das Haus ist umfangreich eingerichtet, es gibt genügend Teller,Gläser,Besteck, Töpfe usw. Die Vermieterin ist supernett, sie hat und bei der Anreise alles gezeigt und auch ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk war für uns vorbereitet. Schon die Konversation im Vorfeld (englisch) lief problemlos, sie hat uns auch während des Urlaubs angeboten,sie bei Fragen oder Problemen kontaktieren zu dürfen. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert, 10 von 10 Punkten

A wonderful place to relax!
Thank you Elena for the very warm welcome! We spent a wonderful time in the Villa and at the beach with a perfect sea. Everything was as described. The villa is located in a very nice and quite area, is equipped with everything you need, has a great covered terrace and a beautiful garden. There is no car needed for going to the restaurant, supermarket and - very important for us - to the sea! We will come back again for sure!!!

Perfect Beach Vacation in a superb villa
This villa was everything (and more) that we have hoped for. I travelled with my boyfriend and arrived with a rental car at the villa where Elena greeted us very nicely and showed us around the house and told us the important things to know about house and region. She was very kind, the whole Email conversation beforehand was quite pleasant and we even got a little welcome present. Also she told us to contacted her during our stay in case we would have needed her help. On our last day she contacted us again to ask if everything was ok. Perfect Hospitality! The villa containes everything that is needed. There's room enough for up to 8 people to sleep but I wouldn't recommend more than 6, it could get very crowded. The only thing I would wish for the next time would be some toilet paper for the first day, other than that everything was there. It was absolutely clean and we immediately felt comfortable especially since it's decorated very lightly and nicely. The appartment is located up the hill in a very nice spot surrounded by trees and hedges which makes the villa nicely hidden and you have tons of privacy and a big well-kept garden. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (maybe with little kids, the distance is too long but you can always go by car and park close to the beach, no problem there). The beach is absolutely amazing. It' very long and wide so that even on a crowded day you can find a quiet spot and lots of space to play in the sand. The turquoise ocean is beautiful and the waves are perfect to swim in and play games. We were her at the end of September and the temperature of the water was perfect, I'd say about 25° C. I would recommend this villa to all my friends and will gladly return in the future. If you have time, go to the next bigger town, Villasimius, which is a good 15 minutes drive from Costa Rei. Nice town with some shops and restaurants. There's a supermarket (Conad) where the food is cheaper than in the Supermarkets in Costa Rei. Thank you Elena!

Un séjour super
Maison très agréable, grande plage de sable presque blanc très proche de la maison. Très bon accueil de Elena et de tous les Sardes. Je conseille toute fois d'avoir une voiture pour visiter les alentours car le village de Costa Rei est à 3 ou 4 km, facile d'accès à pied mais un peu long. Les commerces ferment tous à 12h 12h30 et réouvre à 17h…ambiance très détendu ! Je vous conseille vivement cette maison car elle est très bien placée et au calme pour des vacances reposantes… Bon séjour à tous ! Very nice house, great beach very close to the house almost white sand. Very welcome Elena and all Sardinians. I advise all times to have a car to visit the area since the resort of Costa Rei is 3 or 4 km, easily accessible on foot, but a little long. All shops close at 12 opens at 12:30 ET 17h ... very relaxed atmosphere! I highly recommend this house because it is very well placed and quiet for a relaxing holiday ... Have a nice stay!
