A little gem of a home...for a unique experience!

The house is independent and is surrounded by greenery at only 400 m from the splendid long beach of white sand of the costa rei, in a reserved and strategic position for proximity to the sea and proximity to all services. The house consists of a beautiful well-kept and secure garden as it is well-defined, there is a large veranda where you can eat and relax outdoors, in the garden there is a barbecue and a comfortable shower with hot water! Inside the house there is a kitchen (brand new) with everything needed for cooking. A large double room that, for those who request it, can be equipped with a cot. Small bedroom with bunk beds on the back veranda. The bathroom, just redone, is equipped with a hairdryer and a shower cubicle. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning. Access to the internet is possible via the cost-of-charge hot spot. The nearest beach is a 6/7 minute walk and is equipped with all services, from kiosks where to eat to hire sunbeds and umbrellas, to rent boats. The house is close to all services, restaurants and pizzerias, (all with a play area reserved for children) ice cream parlors, market, laundry, pharmacy, clothing and souvenir shops. In the condominium only 2 minutes away there are tennis courts and the possibility of carrying out innumerable sports activities.
The house is located away from the noisy street and has a reserved parking space and water supply.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich super, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Putzmittel usw.). Ein wenig mehr Stauraum für eigene Sachen wäre noch praktisch. Unser Baby wird gerade mobil, in der Unterkunft sind ein paar Treppen, das sollte man bedenken. Wir mussten immer gut aufpassen. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, danke dafür.

Sehr schöner Bungalow, von dem man in wenigen Minuten an den schönen Strand von Costa Rei gelaufen ist. Idealerweise liegt auch genau auf dem Weg ein Supermarkt, so dass man das Auto im Badeurlaub tagelang nicht benötigt. Die Außendusche ist perfekt, um sich nach dem Baden allen Sand abzuspülen, bevor man ins Haus geht. Sie ist sogar beheizt. Ansonsten hat man draußen schöne Sitzgelegenheiten und ist innen alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft und können sie absolut empfehlen. Einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit wäre die Matratze, die bequemer sein könnte und schon etwas durchgelegen ist.

Ottima esperienza, tutto come descritto!

Siamo rimasti contentissimi! Innanzitutto la padrona di casa, Sabina, è stata veramente cordiale, ospitale, disponibile, attenta a darci tutti i dettagli, affinchè il nostro soggiorno fosse gradevole. La casa, pulitissima, recentemente ristrutturata e con molta cura devo dire. al suo interno non ci è davvero mancato nulla: dalla biancheria, alle stoviglie (non "misurate" per le 4 persone che eravamo, come nelle altre strutture), ai sacchetti per il congelatore, la lavatrice, il caminetto, piuttosto che atttrezzatura da spiaggia e comunque tutto di buona qualità e buon gusto. Distante 400 mt. dalla spiaggia, bastava scendere il vialetto e si arriva alla spiaggia più vicina.Cmq se leggete la descrizione, sarà esattamene così che troverete la proprietà, nessuna sorpresa. In più una bella veranda per mangiare fuori e sul retro la parte piastrellata con lavatrice e stendino, insomma la consiglio a tutti! rimarrete davvero contenti della scelta.

Schönes kleines Haus

Schönes kleines Haus, mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Weg zum Strand war 5 Minuten und Geschäfte und Restaurants auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und schnell möglich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke

Tutto ha superato le aspettative…casa molto accogliente e dotata di qualsiasi comfort; gli spazi esterni , con un bel giardino curato, una doccia esterna molto caratteristica e comoda….il retro utilissimo con lavatrice lavandino esterno e stenditoio…. Interni ben curati e funzionali. Posizione strategica immersa nella quiete a poca distanza a piedi dal meraviglioso mare di Costa Rei. Proprietari molto attenti ai loro ospiti…un ringraziamento a Sabina per averci seguito in tutto , dal momento della prenotazione sino al giorno della partenza…complimenti e continuate sempre cosi !

Bellissima villetta per famiglie

La villetta é perfetta per una famiglia con 2 bimbi. Il giardino é carinissimo. C'è il tavolo per mangiare fuori ed i divanetti per rilassarsi. E poi, c'è il fantastico doccino per fare una bella doccia e rilassarsi in giardino. La spiaggia più vicina é a meno di 6 minuti di distanza a piedi - a passo da adulti. Con le bimbe, ci vogliono 8/10 minuti. Una volta arrivati, non serve la macchina. Spiaggia, supermercati e ristoranti sono tutti a pochi minuti di distanza ( a piedi ). Sabina ed Alessandro sono stati sempre molto cordiali e disponibili

Tutto secondo i piani

Casa vacanza in affitto carina e ben curata, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per qualsiasi cosa. Ottimo il caminetto e la doccia esterni e la lavatrice per una famiglia come la nostra con bimbi piccoli. Consiglio vivamente. Unica osservazione, il vialetto di accesso all'abitazione, poco curato per via del vicinato che non taglia le siepi e, di gente incivile che abbandona rifiuti non reciclabili in giro invece di portarli in discarica o ecocentro.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit wunderschönen grünen Garten

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus von Sabina. Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir freundlich mit frischen Obst und kühlen Getränken empfangen. Der Garten und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Strand ist ungefähr 7min zu Fuß entfernt und so toll, wie man es von Sardinien erwartet, weißer Sand und klares Wasser in unzähligen Blautönen. Wir waren Anfang Mai in Costa Rei, das Wasser hatte 15 °C, mit ein bisschen Überwindung konnten wir gut baden und schwimmen. Der kleine Ort war sehr ruhig und die meisten Ferienhäuser in der Umgebung standen leer. Einige Restaurants und Läden hatten schon geöffnet. Die Versorgung war also kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

La casa è molto bella, accogliente e funzionale. C’è di un bel giardino con barbecue dove trascorrere rilassanti serate. Si trova vicinissima al mare, ristoranti e negozi di vario tipo. Sabina è disponibile e molto gentile. Abbiamo trascorso delle piacevoli giornate.

Costa Rei Ferienwohnung klein aber fein

Der Empfang war wunderschön mit kleine Aufmerksamkeit von Plätzchen, Getränke und Champagner. Das kl. Haus ist sehr sauber in allen Ecken und Winkeln - kein Schimmeln. Alles was zum Kochen notwendig ist, ist vorhanden, selbst ein Ventilator auf der Terrasse. Leider kommen wären des Essen auf der Terrasse viele Wespen, Fliegen und Mücken. Strand und Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Preis in Supermarkt, Metzgerei und Meeresfrüchten sind doppelt so teuer als in Deutschland. z.B. 1L frische Milch 4 €, Kilo Schweinefleisch ab 19,90€, kleine Schirmst 20€ pro Kilo. Der Strand ist traumhaft. Komme gern wieder.

Super vacanza

Sono stata piu' volte a Costa Rei e devo dire che questo è il miglior appartamento che abbia mai affittato. In generale questi appartamenti si assomigliano tutti , piccoli e un po minimalisti… Si vede che Sabina ha rinnovato e che ci soggiorna regolarmente. Le stanze sono accoglienti e c'è una doccia esterna comodissima quando si è in 4 al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Sabina non ha esitato a lasciare quelle piccole cose che facilitano la vita ( qualche sacchetto delle immondizie, 2 rotoli di carta igenica, un po d'acqua in frigo) quelle cose che facilitano la vita quando sbarchi in vacanza e a volte non trovi assolutamente NIENTE e devi subito correre al supermercato. La consiglio vivamente. Sabina è un super ospite.

Una vacanza in super relax

Il proprietario è disponibile e gentilissimo,la casa è in un piccolo vicolo vicino ad una strada secondaria,nel silenzio più totale...se una persona cerca il massimo relax e comfort,dato che la casa è dotata di tutte le comodità, è la scelta giusta. Posto auto privato a 50 mr,lavatrice,cucina nuova,due camere con condizionatore,giardino,ecc.... Se tornerò a costa rei questa sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta in futuro perché oltre la bellezza del posto si ha anche il totale relax a stare a casa..

Vacanza perfetta

La casa è assolutamente perfetta. Gli arredi sono moderni e funzionali, la cucina dotata di ogni comodità e il giardino è veramente l'ideale così come il retro da usare come lavanderia. La casa è a 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicino ha tutte le comodità, ristorante, bar. supermercato,pescheria,macelleria e farmacia. La sera la piazzetta vicino si anima per una breve passeggiata. Sabina e Alessandro due padroni di casa gentilissimi e ospitali. Consigliata sicuramente. Grazie!

Casa bellissima e provvista di tutto ciò che occorre per la quotidianità. Pulitissima e nuova.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, i proprietari sono gentilissimi, cordiali e molto disponibili. La casa ci è stata consegnata in perfette condizioni di pulizia e ordine. Ha il pregio di trovarsi vicino al mare e a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e da tutti i negozi, farmacia supermercati ecc. E ' sicuramente da consigliare ad amici e parenti per trascorrere delle vacanze indimenticabili.

Sehr liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft, die einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht

Die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft hat uns als vierköpfige Familie einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Bezüglich der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Fußläufig können diverse Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte erreicht werden. Auch der schöne Sandstrand der Costa Rei ist nur rund 10 Gehminuten entfern.

Vacanza perfetta!

La casa è stata appena ristrutturata, molto carina e dotata di ogni comodità. Il giardino è curato, ottimo sia per trascorrervi un pó di relax nel pomeriggio sia per cenare al fresco la sera. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi sia il mare sia il centro di Costa Rei. Siamo stati benissimo! Speriamo di rivederci il prossimo anno!
