Perfect base for family holiday

The property was a perfect base to explore the area. The flat had everything we needed with great views across Morzine to the mountains. Having the garage to store bikes was perfect for our family mountain biking holiday.

Lovely views from the property, which is well located just a 5 minute walk from nearest cable car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.Rosie was very helpful and responded straight away to a couple of queries.

Nice views & very close to lifts

Week visit for ski holiday. Accommodation was great, nice size for family of four and close to everything which made getting up and going each morning very easy. Owner responsive always keen to help.

Cosy apartment

The property is ideally located in the centre of Morzine with good views of the town and mountains. The apartment was clean and head everything needed for a week holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, well equipped, clean apartment

Very helpful and friendly owner. Lovely, clean and well-equipped apartment. Everything had been thought of for a comfortable stay. Very conveniently located for ski lifts and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Morzine and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process straightforward, with easy check-in and excellent communication throughout.The convenient parking was a real bonus, and the location was ideal – close enough to walk into Morzine town centre while also providing easy access to the many attractions and activities in the surrounding area.Although we visited outside the main season, there was still plenty to see and do, from exploring the beautiful mountain scenery to visiting nearby lakes, villages, and attractions. Morzine proved to be a wonderful base for our holiday.Overall, a great property in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great accommodation

Property as it looks in the pictures- close to centre of Morzine. Rosie was a lovely host and popped over to say hello and check everything was ok. No complaints at all

Nice apartment in a perfect location

The apartment living area is compact but it has the benefit of three separate bedrooms. The host was friendly and helpful and had excellent communication. Everything was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower especially was excellent.Location is within an easy walk of the town centre and both cable car options. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est parfait, bien situé et bien orienté. Nous avons apprécié les équipements de bonne qualité et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Manque de propreté

Bel appartement Juste le ménage qui laisse vraiment à désiré avec des chaussures qui traîne sous le lit et de la nourriture moisi dans le lave vaisselle

Great place for a family with tweens

A lovely, cozy apartment close to the slopes. The place has a nice view of the mountain and lots of light. Our daughter loves the upstairs bedroom. Plenty of hot water and a serviceable kitchen. Rosie was very responsive and helpful.

Family with young kids

Nice cozy apartment, with all facilities available. Bedroom upstairs you can reach via steep stairs which is not ideal with young kids. Max 10 mins walk to the main ski lifts of Morzine and city centre. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we go to Morzine.
