The apartment is located at the 5th floor of a small bedroom with a double bed, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom and a small terrace. This is my apartment where I live sometimes. L'appart. it is located on the 5th floor with a lift and consists of a small bedroom (one single or double), a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a small veranda terrace. It is my home where I live from time to time.

Tommaso met us at the Termini station and walked us to his apartment, pointing out shops and restaurants along the way. He made us right at home in his apartment and had a wonderful selection of maps with personal recommendations for sites to visit, off the beaten path museums, and so much more. Our visit to Rome wouldn't have been the same without his care.

Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful week+ staying in Tomasso's apartment. The location was extremely convenient for transportation, groceries and restaurants and I had everything I needed in the apartment. Tomasso is an excellent host and couldn't have been more helpful

Lovely Place to Stay

This is a lovely flat very close to termini station. Tomasso is a great host and had lots of suggestions and helpful hints. He kept in constant communication with us before and throughout our trip.

Good location but unclean

This apartment is in very close proximity to Termini station and easy access to transport. Tom met us at the station and showed us to the apartment, providing some very useful local knowledge about transport, sites to see and other interesting Roman features. Unfortunately the property was very dirty and dusty and had many unfinished building elements such as the kitchen floor, ceilings and gaps in the wall plaster. There was also too many trinkets and other personal items belonging to the host on surfaces and the floor which crowded up the space. There was no storage space for unpacking. Surfaces in bedroom and bathroom were very dirty. Not enough comfortable furniture to sit and relax. Overall the property did not present very professionally and I would be reluctant to recommend it until the building works were completed and it was thoroughly cleaned.

I'm sorry that the apartment wasn't to your liking. I love creating new decorations and therefore it is constantly updated. Also there is a small space on the living room floor that I have reserved for children. Regards Tom

Pour trois jours à Rome Tommaso est un hôte, un guide et aussi un facilitateur. Il nous a montré des plans, tickets de transports, accueil super et a répondu à nos demandes. Personne exceptionnelle et appartement original, propre et pratique bien situé.Génial!!
