STUDIO WITH VIEW NEAR THE COLOSSEUM

The Studio Apartment, with its own independent entrance, is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful 1800 building with elevator in the heart of the lively Monti neighborhood. In the studio apartment there are a European king bed (160 x 200 cm) and a double sofa-bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a console table, small cabinets, a mini fridge and an electric kettle.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer.
The room is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning system, fiber optic ethernet network, Wi-Fi, television with Fire Stick. From the balcony with a small table and two chairs, which faces towards the Capitoline Hill, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the old town.

The location in Rome is perfect. Walking distance to colosseum and many great restaurants. Also, gelato parlors! The view from the room is beautiful. The room is clean and comfortable and also supplied with the essentials like great coffee. We had two incredible days.

Restaurants everywhere in walking distance. Great view from tiny balcony. Clean, neat, safe and very secure. Modest space, but location is difficult to beat. 700 feet to Metro station. Comfortable bed and extremely quiet and peaceful.I don’t understand why there was a requirement for 48 Euros in cash upon check-in. That seemed contrary to VRBO policy.

As I explained to you, at check-in tourists have to pay cash the Rome municipality tourist tax. You can find all the information in your VRBO account, on the ‘Local laws’ / ‘Tax collection’ page, where it is clearly explained that a charge of 6 € per person per night will be collected at check-in. Of course, as well as being required by Italian law, it is fully in line with VRBO’s policy.
