Great Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was simply beautiful and the furnishings super nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The location couldn’t be better. The only downside is that we couldn’t make our vacation longer this time. Next time we will definitely stay longer!

Great Spring Break

The kitchen was well stocked if you plan to cook. The bedrooms are set up differently than described, which was aggravating, since I mainly chose this house based on bed descriptions. The bedroom that includes a set of twin bunk beds has a King size bed and the bunk room includes a set of Full over Full beds. The other Master bedroom on the first floor includes a Full bed, although it may be a Queen, it just seems a little small. The 3rd floor bed is a King. All slept very comfortably. The location is convenient to everything.

Awesome house /great location.

If you want a great house in a fantastic location this is it. It’s walking distance to everything you could want to do :-). The restaurants and shopping are fantastic. And the beach is so nice and clean. Don’t hesitate to book this property you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Location

Very accommodating Very spacious. Beautifully decorated, & surround sound system was a plus! By ocean & pool! Our favorite location so far in the 8 years we have been coming to Seacrest! Our favorite night was dinner on the 3rd floor outside at sunset.

Perfect 30A house: best views, rooms, location!

The house far exceeded our expectations, with beautiful décor and a quality build. Every bedroom offers privacy and the house is quiet, even from floor to floor. The views from the balconies are amazing, and the location is convenient for beach and pool access, as well as restaurants and shops. We rented a car send we flew in, but rarely needed it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location!

The house was perfect and the location was even better! Super short walk to beach and all the fun things in Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys. House is clean with great A/C and three parking spots. While we were there, there was a bad storm and the neighbors had some debris blow onto our patio. After a quick text to property management, they sent someone right over on a Friday and cleaned up. So nice!

Everything was good. The location was great. The house was good. A few issues. There was a little ant problem upstairs on the 3rd floor in the mini bar area and also in the kitchen around the stove area. Also, the lack of recycling on the property was a concern. Other than that it was great.

Nice and well equipped house. Nicely decorated. Will say the “4th bedroom” is not really a bedroom. There is no closet and only overhead lights. We couldn’t find the remotes to most of the televisions. The property manager called us back about the fire alarm going off but never came to actually fix it as promised. Also, the keypad was changed 30 mins prior to the 10 am checkout. The kitchen and living room had an ant infestation.

Seacrest Beach Stay

Pros: Awesome location and beautiful views!!! Lovely balconies, the house inside is beautiful and kitchen was well equipped. Beds slept fine and the layout is pretty neat...especially if you have older kids. Cons: house was not clean when we checked in, traffic can be loud at times as the house is right on the highway (but again you get great water views because of the location), bikes were locked up and for owner use only. In a neighborhood where biking is a way of life, bikes should be provided to the guests. Rental company did not give us the lock code in our arrival email. I had to track it down. Not a major thing, just inconvenient. Overall the house is beautiful and the gulf views were beautiful.

Beautiful home and great location

Our family stayed here in May, 2024. The home is beautiful in decor, spacious, and was very clean. It has an extremely well stocked kitchen and the location is great for accessing the pool as well as eateries and shops. The communication with the rental agency was very good. We did end up driving to the public beach, which was about a mile away, as the private beach we had access to was extremely crowded, cones were set up for where we could be, and when we walked to a more open spot nearby, we were told we had to stay within the cones designated for our resort. That was the only downside of this rental location. Within walking distance or a quick drive from the public beach was Ghost Crab Pizza which we enjoyed twice for pizza/ sandwiches on the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the kitchen truly had everything we needed for cooking. The only downside was that we arrived to what looked like maintenance work in one of the bathrooms. Nothing appeared broken. Just a small amount of tools/trash. Vacation life properties was quick to respond/ensured no one would be in and out of the property during our stay. Overall we had a great time and love the location and neighborhood!

Family Vacation

Location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool. 15 minute walk to both Alys and Rosemary. View from top balcony was amazing!! Would definitely stay there again.
